Rookwood hall was a moated country house or mansion just south of Abbess End, Essex, England. it was built in the 16th century, and demolished in the 1970s. It is now an archaeological site, with only part of the former moat visible, as a pond. This category includes photographs taken in the area around the site, which is known locally as Rookwood Hall, including the Rookwood Hall Cottages, Rookwood Hall Farm, and Rookwood Hall Wood.
