English: The Rohwer War Relocation Center — a Japanese American internment camp formerly located in Desha County, southeastern Arkansas, from 1942 to 1945.
- It imprisoned Japanese American internees mostly from the counties of Los Angeles and San Joaquin, California, through the Santa Anita Assembly Center and Stockton Assembly Center, and some from the Fresno Assembly Center. It also received transfers from the nearby Jerome War Relocation Center when it closed in 1944.
- Rohwer's peak population was 8,475.[1][2][3][4][5]
