Old Rotherhithe Town Hall was designed by Murray & Foster, and completed in 1895. Due to a merging of councils, it became a library and museum in 1905. It was damaged by bombing in World War II, and demolished around 1948. (Source: Archiseek) The caryatids which once adorned one of the entrances are still standing. (Source: London Remembers)
