Notice:
Herbert Mensah is not to confuse with any other Ghanaians of the same name, especially not with his father of the same name, a former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the football club Asante Kotoko, which was sentenced to death in Ghana in August 2011 because of drug smuggling and his participation in the Ghanaian machinery of power in combination with his close friendship to the former coup leader and later President, Flight-Lieutenant Jerry Rawlings.
