Beach Avenue, in Cape May, New Jersey, borders the beach and the Atlantic Ocean at the southernmost point of Cape May, which is the southernmost part of New Jersey. It is part of the Cape May Historic District, but is newer and further east than most of the District. Mostly houses built by the upper-middle class (or perhaps lower-upper class) from about 1900-1930, plus a few hotels.
