Hi, images from the bulgarian government are not free according to {{PD-BulgarianGov}}. They are also not licenced with GFDL, or can you provide a source (official website, law, OTRS ticket) that allwos publishing BG-Gov content under a free licence? --Martin H. This - "normative and individual acts of government bodies..." includes employees of the Ministry of defence and the Army. For example the images at the Ministry of Defence website are free of copyright by the same reason. -

I see, there is the posibility that images from the bulgarian ministery of defense are in fact freely usuable according to the copyright notice at the bottom of the site. I can hardly translate Bulgarian to English or German automaticaly with google translate or babelfish, so i'm dependent on the english version of the website, but i try to figure out, if the website allows derivative works on images. I don't undersand why you made this frivolous assumption that the photo is made by an officer of either US or BG army. It could have been work of a journalist from the army newspaper... Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

[[Category:Category name]]

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]

[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

I have noticed that you uploaded most of the images that are in the Category "National Museum of Military History (Bulgaria)". Can you go to this museum again and photograph every vehicle that is displayed there? Especially in the highest quality your camera allows you! Would be great because it seems that there are loads of interesting vehicles shown that would enrich Commons. It's up to you! Do you have time and the motivation to do this? Thank you! Bulgarian translations needed[edit]

Hi! I contact you as you speak English and Bulgarian.

Jastrow and I are working on autotranslating {{Meta information museum}}, the meta-template we use for many museums, like {{Information Louvre}}. Could you please help us find Bulgarian translations for every tag name:

   * artist/maker
   * description
   * dimensions
   * credit line
   * accession number
   * location
   * source/photographer
   * references
   * other versions

"Credit line" is mainly about the mode of acquisition: what collection does it come from? Did it join the collections by gift, purchase, on loan, etc.?

You have uploaded an insignia on a Bulgarian MiG-23. In that museum, there is also a Su-22. Do You have any pics of these two aircraft? My worry is that the original artwork may have been copyrighted, especially as Bulgaria does not have full freedom of panorama. Do you have any other information on that?
