You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics)

Please use SVG Thank you for uploading some images! Did you know that Wikimedia Commons recommends the SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) format for certain types of images? Scalable Vector Graphics are designed to look appropriate at any scale, and SVG images are easier to modify and translate, helping Wikimedia to distribute knowledge to all of the world. A lot of modern programs support SVG export. If you encountered problems or have questions, don't hesitate to ask me, a member of the Graphic Lab, or the Graphics village pump. Uploading images in SVG format isn't mandatory, but it would help. (To avoid any misunderstandings, please don't just put raster images into an SVG container as embedded raster.) Flickr2Commons

I have just come across a few images you have recently uploaded from Flickr. I would appreciate it if in the future, you used the Flickr2Commons tool. This tool allows images to be moved to Commons from Flickr without having to download the images to your own computer. It also brings in the largest resolution of the image, as well making sure to list the correct license and url, making it easy for the automated Flickr Review system. Also, it is fairly easy to categorize images with this tool. To use it, you just need to go to the url and authorize it (where it says "authorise first").--A1Cafel (talk) 04:25, 26 September 2020 (UTC)

@Falkmart: Ich habe mich dabei an dem Bild [[File:Yaroslav Hunka in the 1940s.webp]] orientiert, das als Lizenz angibt, dass es gemeinfrei sei, da der Urheber nicht genannt sei und somit die Schutzfrist nach 70 Jahren erlischt. TheAmerikaner (talk) 20:28, 25 September 2023 (UTC)

Die Lizenz ist in beiden Fällen falsch gewählt. Nüchtern betrachtet kann man auch andere in Frage kommende Lizenzen {{PD-EU-no author disclosure}} und {{PD-anon-70-EU}} nicht verwenden, weil es buchstäblich noch jemanden gibt, der den Autor des Fotos benennen könnte.
