Olá, primeiro de tudo gostaria de perguntar: estas imagens são mesmo de sua autoria? Segundo: use a licença {{self|cc-by-sa-2.5}} (adequada para imagens carregadas pelo próprio autor) no lugar de {{attribution}} (adequada para imagens liberadas por terceiros). Terceiro: não use marcações na própria imagem (como legenda, autoria, margens, bordas etc.), carregue sempre a imagem "crua". Quarto: sempre categorize as imagens para facilitar posteriores buscas. Eu já modifiquei as descrições de suas últimas fotos carregadas, incluindo também as categorias. Basta copiar o modelo e deve dar certo, havendo problemas, avise. Se possível vá mudando a licença. Quanto às marcações, prefira sempre, como eu disse, as imagens cruas. Se não for possível, adicione a marcação {{watermark}} que posteriormente alguém retirará bordas ou legendas das fotos. Uma última observação: se pretende adicionar muitas fotos de um determinado lugar, pode incluí-las em galerias aqui mesmo, evitando sobrecarregar os artigos lá na Wikipédia. A licença tá ok, procura só pôr sempre o local (município, estado e país) das fotos, partindo sempre da idéia que a pessoa não sabe nada sobre o local. Ah...e não esquece das categorias. No caso de lugares, normalmente o nome do município já é um bom começo, exemplos:

[[Category:Porto Alegre]]
ou
[[Category:Olinda]]

There is no copyright issue because the Louvre doesn't have any copyright over the works it stores and exhibits. The ownership of an object does not grant you a copyright over it. Besides, I don't think the Louvre owns its collections :-) Now, the Louvre's rule states that pictures taken in the museum are for private use. It is believed this does not hold any water, precisely because the Louvre doesn't have any copyright.
If you prefer not to upload your pictures because of this reservation, tell me so and I will delete the one you just uploaded. If you choose to ignore it, welcome to the club :-) Jastrow (Λέγετε) 18:23, 16 June 2007 (UTC)
The worse the Louvre could do to you is sue for monetary compensation -- that is, if it did own the works (which is not the case) and if it was not a national museum. In France, a "national museum" must by law give the largest access to its collections. All in all, I don't think you'll ever have to mortgage your house to compensate the Louvre. A French law book about these questions (Artworks, museums and the law) states that "one must admit that no authorization is required for reproducing" works that are in the public domain, which is our case here. I can elaborate on this if you want.
Concerning Image:Bouchardon-amor11b.jpg, you may have noticed I completed the description. For this I use the {{Information Louvre}} template and the Atlas database (in French), which describes almost all exhibited collections. Is that OK with you if I rename it into something like Image:Amor Bouchardon Louvre MR 1761.jpg? I and a couple of other Commons guys are trying to set guidelines for the naming of museum pictures (see Commons:WikiProject Museums. Jastrow (Λέγετε) 07:15, 17 June 2007 (UTC)

Categorias

A descrição ficou boa! Na hora de pôr categorias, sempre escolha as mais precisas e evite inserir categorias demais ou redundantes (exemplo: se a imagem já está em "Museums in Brazil" não é necessário pôr "Museums" pois aquela é subcategorias desta). O mesmo vale para "Porto Alegre" e "Rio Grande do Sul", ponha só a primeira, pois já está inserida na segunda. Com o tempo foi entende o mecanismo. Dantadd✉ 13:39, 15 June 2007 (UTC)

Como eu te aceno aqui em cima: seja frugal e econômico com as categorias. Exemplo: para a catedral de Caxias do Sul basta

Ricardo, até o momento estamos indo bem, mas é a terceira vez que te peço: use categoria específicas apenas. Por favor, PARE de inserir um monte de categorias genéricas nas imagens. Obrigado pela compreensão. O motivo para não sobrecategorizar é simples. Imagina se qualquer imagem relacionada à arte receber a [[Category:Art]]. De repente você tem uma categoria com cem mil imagens sem qualquer subcategorização, ou seja, é a mesma coisa que não haver categoria nenhum, pois não se acha nada lá. Por este motivo que as categorias entram numa árvore: se você tem a categoria "Louvre" não é necessário pôr "Paris" ou "France" porque o Louvre está em Paris, que esta na França, cada um em sua respectiva categoria, em cascata.
