Licensing of uploads

Hello,

I notice you have created User:Tallaferro/License and then transcluded it to your upload in order to give the licence. Unfortunately this is not encouraged per Commons:User-specific galleries, templates and categories policy#Regarding licenses which states:

Regarding license templates: if the user-specific template incorporates a standard license template, the user-specific template should be subst:ed in use. If the user-specific template does not incorporate a standard license template, then it can be subst:ed or not as the user prefers.

Since User:Tallaferro/License contains a standard licence template, this being {{cc-by-sa-2.5}}, then it should be substituted (subst:) when in use. Since it says "should" rather than "must", complying with the above guidelines is not strictly compulsory, though it is recommended.
