Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? PD-Chart?

Hi Takipoint123, thanks for resolving the unusual CC-inside-closed-access case just now. I'm actually wondering if a closed-access chart might actually be public domain even if not CC BY 4.0. A link and other links at TOO#Charts seems to imply that it would be ok? Note: I'm not really saying that this figure applies, but I'm wondering just for learning purposes if there is a specific reason it wouldn't be PD-Chart. It seems like it's saying that basically all data-depicting charts are public domain as long as there are not major stylistic elements to them? Apologies if you are not familiar with this topic. @Chamaemelum: Charts aren't the most familiar topic I know :( however, I think it really depends on the threshold of originality of wherever the chart came from, because each country has different standards on what an artistic representation that could make a simple pictogram into a copyrighted one.
