Tip: Categorizing images[edit]
Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.
Here's how:
1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:
2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.
[[Category:Category name]]
For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:
[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]][[Category:Comets]]
This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".
When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

Your account will be renamed[edit]
Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Taiwankengo~commonswiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.

In this edit, I see you added note: "達觀部落" , but I did not see "部落" in the picture. Since there are only a few scattered houses in this place. Your photographs are overexposed[edit]

感謝指正, 許多照片是故意過曝, 因為正中午光線造成明暗差距太大, 如果用相機P模式, 會造成暗部全黑,很多細節就會有缺失~ 另外的原因是因為富士X-E2這類低階相機的dynamic range不足, 如果要拍好就必須挑日落後的30分鐘, 再用不同曝光的照片去組合, 建物與環境就可以很調和~ 感謝!
- 我只是建議給你，並沒有要求你不可以過度曝光，請你不要會錯意了。使用減光鏡就可以解決，不必受限於中午光線所造成明暗差距太大的問題。若是無法更換鏡頭或提升相機的機能，就要另外花錢去購買，這是看你自己。--Kai3952 (talk) 04:33, 19 July 2018 (UTC)

I'm surprised you made this mistake. You can choose to create a category for Xikou Tribe(溪口部落), or you can add the "Fuxing District, Taoyuan" category to your photos. Just be careful you don't make the same mistake. 這張是有寫「cropped」，很明顯的，那不是我上傳，怎麼會有所謂「Flickr files uploaded by Kai3952」？ - 當初我創建「Flickr files uploaded by Kai3952」這個類別，那是只有我自己上傳Flickr照片時才能使用的，不可能是別人和我上傳同樣的照片，Commons系統一定會擋下，唯一可能性就是你從我之前上傳過Flickr照片，經由你的裁剪、改圖，才會變成是你上傳，否則不可能發生是我上傳的，我根本就沒裁剪、改圖，因此你是不是對「Flickr files uploaded by Kai3952」這個類別有什麼誤解？

Over-categorization[edit]
我看到你這編輯，但根據COM:OVERCAT方針，你在添加類別的同時也要移除重覆的類別，否則這舉動就是「過度分類」。這不是我個人要求，而是大家都這麼做，你可以輸入「Over-categorization」去查就知道，很多人都有被說過，比如Aekardas、Biochemlife、Ryomaandres等人，他們都是被人要求停止過度分類。如何避免，我想這應該不需要教吧，自己都知道創建類別，沒理由說不知道哪裡重覆，只是細不細心、有沒有檢查的問題而已。假如還不知道，那麼找COM:HD問人會是比較快。--Kai3952 (talk) 09:45, 30 November 2020 (UTC)

你拍的照片是位在浮洲地區?[edit]
您好，中文維基百科有條目說你拍這張照片File:FUZHOU bridge(NewTaipei)2018.jpg是位於浮洲地區，所以我幫你查證。經由Google街景比對，發現照片的鏡頭方向是從西北往東南方向拍的，我可以確定浮洲橋對岸是海山地區，因為照片有拍到土城機廠，而且照片的前景有顯示台電的建築物，這樣連成一個方向去查，自然就能比對出來。

如果真要算浮洲地區，以浮洲橋所在位置來說，該橋之東北方的對岸有數棟白色大樓 (照片中央的最左邊，下面大樓群的上面那一群大樓) ，這只佔在整張照片的畫面是一小處，那裡才是浮洲。這種判別是根據條目介紹，浮洲的範圍是位在大漢溪與湳仔溝所包圍的川中島，而我是憑此再由Google街景比對所得出的判斷。
不過，我這種判別有一個缺點，就是無法找出你是在哪裡拍，最多只能抓出大概範圍所在的幾處可能地點，你拍照所站位置可能是在龜山的體育大學，也可能是在新莊樟腦寮山區或新莊廣濟寺。
以上，如果我說錯了，麻煩請指正。此外，目前浮洲橋只有這一張照片，儘管我現在建立地名浮洲，但為了避免誤導，我還是覺得不要放上分類較妥，因為該橋正處於浮洲、海山、樹林等三地。--125.230.88.196 09:17, 28 February 2024 (UTC)
