Fiat Abarth[edit]

Hallo THWZ, ich will nicht um eine wohlwollende Beurteilung betteln. Trotzdem: Schau Dir bitte „meinen“ Fiat Abarth noch mal an. Er ist jetzt ein bisschen heller, und das „Rauschen“ (das ich selbst nicht sah) sollte geringer sein. Rauschen scheint übrigens etwas zu sein, womit man jedes Bild abqualifizieren kann, aber nicht unbedingt sollte. Ansonsten bitte ich Dich, mit manchen als Qualitätsbild ausgezeichneten Fotos zu vergleichen – obwohl solche Vergleiche grundsätzlich als unseriös gelten – wie beispielsweise aktuell mit dem VW 1600. Ich weiß, dass es sehr schwer ist, Autos bei Oldtimer-Veranstaltungen ohne perspektivische Verzerrungen und ohne störenden Hintergrund (Personen, andere Fahrzeuge) zu fotografieren, wundere mich aber umso mehr, welch hohe Anforderungen an Fotos von fahrenden Autos oder Motorrädern gestellt werden. Hallo Lothar! Ich weiß nicht, was Du mit dem Bild gemacht hast, aber in der neuen Version ist das Rauschen noch viel stärker als in der alten. Musik[edit]

Hallo THWZ,

du solltest in File:Schwarm_2013_(kurz)_THWZ.ogv unbedingt i) die Quelle der Musik nachvollziehbar angeben und ii) ~erklären warum diese frei ist. Bei einem Musikstück ist afaik das Urheberrecht zweimal zu betrachten, d.h. Komposition und Aufführung müssten beide unabhängig voneinander frei sein. Naja, Rimski-Korsakow ist natürlich schon lange genug nicht mehr unter uns, zu den Interpreten liegt mir keinerlei Information vor, war irgendein freier Download, damit hast Du natürlich recht. Nutzung eines Fotos[edit]

Hallo THWZ, ich würde gern für eine Infotafel das Foto der Bachforelle nutzen, das du im Artikel http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bachforelle benutzt hast. Wenn das geht, wie soll ich dich als Quelle nennen? Ich würde gern den Wikipediaartikel "Bachforelle" (http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bachforelle) nennen und dann deinen Namen, wenn du einverstanden bist? Mir genügt für die Veröffentlichung auf einer Schautafel die einfache Namensnennung mit Hinweis auf die Lizenz, also z.B.: "Foto: Th. Zimmermann, Lizenz CC BY-SA 3.0 unported" oder auch "Bildquelle: Wikimedia Commons, Autor: Th. Zimmermann, Lizenz CC BY-SA 3.0 unported". Wenn Du ganz fürchterlich korrekt sein willst, kannst Du noch den Link auf das Bild (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Bachforelle_1.png) und auf den Lizenztext (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/deed.de) hinzufügen, für die Veröffentlichung auf einer einfachen Schautafel halte ich das allerdings für übertrieben, das ware aus meiner Sicht nur im Falle einer Buchveröffentlichung erforderlich.
