Commons-l subscription[edit]

Hello Szwedzki,

as per Commons talk:Administrators, I am asking all admins to subscribe to commons-l, a mailing list for Wikimedia Commons policy and project discussion. Since many admins are only on Commons infrequently, this is a good way to alert people about important happenings. The mailing list is nominally multilingual, but predominantly English.

If you are already subscribed to commons-l, I apologize for bothering you, and you are free to ignore this message. If you don't want to use your regular e-mail account, feel free to leave me a message, and I can send you a GMail invite. Traffic on the mailing list is relatively low, and we do not expect admins to read all messages to the list, but it would be nice if you could check on it at least every few weeks. Hello Szwedzki,

Grafiki[edit]

Proszę przestań się mnie czepiać. Wszystkie grafiki ładuję zgodnie z polityką commons. Nigdy nie piszę, że jestem autorem obrazu, ponieważ od razu ładuję szablon pd-old, a prawa autorskie do reprodukcji zdjęcia, które zrobiłem posiadam. Poza tym nie wymagaj ode mnie, żebym w dobie rozplenionego złodziejstwa jeszcze pisał, który obraz mam u siebie w domu.

User name changing[edit]

We wszystkich Wikis używam nicka "belissarius". Tymczasem na Commons przy pierwszym podejściu (pewnie zrobiłem coś źle - dzisiaj ju8ż nie pamiętam) musiałem wybrać inne Username i przez długi czas występowałem jako Peterd. Ostatnio postanowiłem wrócić do "belissarius" i wprowadziłem odpowiednie zmiany w "my preferences", ale okazuje się, że to nie wszystko i w nagłówku wciąż widnieje Peterd. Czy mógłbyś mi pomóc przeprowadzić zmianę do końca? Wolałbym mieć jednego nicka we wszystkich projektach. Dzięki z góry i pozdrawiam belissarius 02:41, 9 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Dziękuję. Takich odpowiedzialnych ludzi oby więcej. Nie wiem co wg Ciebie ma moja praca na commons do tego co zrobiłem i za co odebrano mi uprawnienia na plWiki. Widać masz mierne pojęcie o mojej działalności a głos Twego pokroju jest postrzegany przez niektórych zadufanych w sobie użytkowników commons za dobry omen.

Dla wytłumaczenia Twego odpowiedzialnego głosu wstawiam Tobie zgodę otrzymaną od WKU na wykorzystywanie ich materiałów. Ale nie wiem, czy będziesz na tyle chętny aby przejrzeć do jakich wstawionych zdjęć kilku mądrali się z tego projektu czepia: File:Zgoda Komendanta WKU Gdynia - Wikipedia.jpeg oraz File:BiuroHydrograficzneMarynarkiWojennej - zgoda.JPG. Tak się składa, ze tego typu zgody, trzeba wychodzić i być upierdliwym do bólu. Działania GeorgeHH, Siebranda, którzy nawet nie pofatygowali się aby wysłać maila w języku angielskim do ww. instytucji (są na stronach internetowych) a zarzucają mi łamanie praw autorskich są nikczemne. Nie potrafię Cię zrozumieć. Dlaczego nie dostrzegasz rzeczy istotnych? Gdyby usunięto hmed, rozległby się ze wszystkich stron dźwięk dzwonów ogłaszających pogrzeb. A nawet jeśli tylko jeden, to o 500 za dużo. Ale czy to ważne? W kryzysowej sytuacji cel uświęca środki. Jak popłyniesz statkiem i kapitan skieruje na rafę, nie będziesz wzywał by się opamiętał? Czasem strażak musi włamać się do czyjegoś ogrodu i wypompować wodę z basenu. Żaden prokurator nie oskarży. Życie ludzkie jest ważniejsze niż woda. Tutaj ataków osobistych nie było. Na hmedzie też nie. Zacytuj. Ludzie nie są wrażliwsi od dymu. W moim poczuciu sprawiedliwości jest to powiedzieć:

  • Ty.....
    • Jesteś jak....
  • Chyba cię...

Właściwie to po co się przejmuję? Od tego zdjęcia nikt nie umrze. Jakby jakiś dziennikarz go wyciągnął, nie będzie moim problemem...

Szwedzki vandalizing Wikimedia Commons[edit]

You have deleted several images of user Richiex against Wikimedia policies without proper reasons. "Not used" is not a valid reason to delete images despoticly. There are a huge amount of unused images from other users that you have not deleted. Your way of managing media in Wikimedia Commons is illegal and cheap.

I agree with this. There are a lot of people over at the English Wikipedia who are now refusing to allow their free images to be transferred to commons due to this strange delete-without-discussion due to not being used. Commons is a repository and as such should not be limited to what is currently being used by sister projects. Kwietniewski[edit]

A faktycznie - przysłał - tyle, że na anglojęzyczną kolejkę otrs Commons i nie zostało to przeniesione do polskojęzycznej i nikt też na to w żaden inny sposób nie zareagował. Anglojęzycznej kolejki otrs nie sprawdzam. Równolegle obsługiwałem go prosząc o przysłanie zgody - bo napisał też mail na kolejkę info-pl. Ponieważ nie odpowiedział, to napisałem do niego mail, że wciąż nie mam jego zgody i że wstawiam szablon braku zgody do czasu wyjaśnienia sprawy. Sprawa się wyjaśniła więc zaraz to poprawię. Nawiasem mówiąc - nie wolno od po prostu wpisać, że zgoda jest na OTRS - jest do tego specjalny szablon - w którym się wpisuje numer maila zarchiwizowanego w OTRS dzięki czemu w razie problemów łatwo go można odnaleźć. Jak nie znasz tego numeru a wiesz na pewno, że ktoś przysłał zgodę - to zwróć się do dowolnej osoby obsługującej OTRS aby Ci go odszukała. W tej chwili najlepiej do Julo - bo on jest aktualnie jedynym polskojęzycznym adminem Commons, który na dostęp do OTRS. Polimerek 13:19, 11 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Old postcards[edit]

Commons:Deletion requests/Image:Konigstein81.jpg is very interesting, and it would be nice if we could extract from it some useful policy or at least guidance as to how old postcards should be handled. I have hundreds which I could upload, but many will raise the same issues as this, and I don't want to have to go through the same old arguments every time. Even better would be to work out some rules on anonymous images generally, but I suspect from past discussions that that will be much harder. I am thinking of working up a policy page on postcards, at least.
