All these pics are from my book titled Általános genealógia. As you can see, my user name László Szegedi and the book author is the same. These to persons are identical, So, I am giving a permission to publish these pics for myself. Can you understand this?!

If you want to be unblocked, you need to read Commons:Blocking policy#Appealing a block, and actually request it. You were blocked because you continued to upload files that are not in scope for Commons after being told to stop, and you had previously reuploaded files that were deleted for the same reason. There is a process for requesting that deleted files be restored, (see COM:UDR)... you cannot simply upload them repeatedly, and you are not going to be unblocked so you can continue doing so.
Also, threatening to get the admin who blocked you (it was not me, look at the block log linked above) himself blocked for doing so is not something that makes an unblock more likely, as it gives the impression that you do not intend to engage in discussion. In the error message the Commons page writes, if I do not agree with my blocking, I can discuss it by the blocker or another admin. However, it is exactly the thing I cannot do, because of blocking. Sorry my dear, but I do not plan to train myself for a Commons expert. I am not a bureaucrat!!! I just want to do one simple thing. Sometimes upload stupid pictures. But it seems, if some admin thinks it is an abuse, all the time is him/her who is right. And he/she can you block without apellata even forever. Isn't it? This is the most annoying thing about Commons and Wikipedia. Anyway, why all my pictores from yesterday were deleted from the first to the last one, regardless if some of them are OK. You can appeal it... I linked you the page that explains how. You still have access to this page so that you 'can' appeal it, if you want to... it will then be addressed by some completely uninvolved admin. You can also directly ask the admin who blocked you to reconsider, and I already told you how to do so. I can't answer for him, specifically, but when files were deleted you simply reuploaded them without discussing the issue, which is against the rules, and were then stopped from doing so. At least two of the files that you uploaded twice included the names and email address of people who would quite possibly not appreciate having them published here, and were brought to the Admin Noticeboard as a privacy concern. If you get yourself unblocked, then you can make your case for undeletion at COM:UDR. This isn't the right place for it... people interested in such discussions, who might agree with you, watch that board and not your talk page. Reventtalk 09:37, 17 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
You still did not answer my question, what is the problem with the above file, for example. If there are two problematic pictures, I can cover the names and emails. It is an easy and simple job. You (all) must be very wise or brave admins if you can decide from Russia or the US what is in the "scope" of Commons in a Hungarian article. (Ridiculous as well.) By the way, yesterday I was busy with the uploading of the pics which took my whole day (in vain at the end), so I did not have any time to check my messages. I have just seen that some pics are not working in the article I was writing, so I had reuploaded them again (considering that I have made something wrong, because they are not working). But is should not mean at all, if there are two problematic pictures, the solution is to delete them all and block the user forever. For this reason, I will not beg humbly to consider reactivete me again. You can keep your block for yourself if you want. And next time, when Jimmy Wales will beg for a financial support, I will not take it into consideration at all. (By the way, did you or the another Russian guy paid ever a penny to maintain Wikipedia or you are here only for destruction? Admins here do not decide about Hungarian laws, they decide about Wikimedia Commons policies, which covers laws of Hungary, the EU, the US and the rest of the world. Your uploads should be acceptable based on the "World view" and not by "Hungarian view". Also try to stay polite and do not engage in threatening games, they are almost always counterproductive. Mention that you are unfamiliar with Commons policies and you request help, and don't start telling other people your demands. Works better. --grin ✎ 19:16, 17 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
