This picture is not a copyright violation, I own the copyright myself, I made it. Can you gently help to re-publish it on my page? You need to provide proof that you own the rights to this photo through the OTRS process. In the meantime you can request the file be undeleted at COM:UDR Gbawden (talk) 12:52, 10 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

This is NOT A COPYRIGHT VIOLATION, I am Tenedle, the man in the picture it is me, I made this self-portrait and it is quite disappointing to be busy for almost one day to make it clear. I re-upload the ORIGINAL picture among the common licence again. BUT PLEASE DO NOT MENTION COPYRIGHT VIOLATION. Thanks, www.tenedle.com Tenedle-Sussurround Sussurround --Sussurround (talk) 13:25, 10 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I can provide proof I own the copyright and not the opposite, someone else should do it based on facts. The fact that is quite a jungle to upload a picture and quite offensive to read COPYRIGHT VIOLATION on your own work and creations is, again, really disappointing. I did upload the picture in the Wikipedia commons setting for free use. Isn't that right?? Did the picture has to be canceled so fast, before someone of you can check it?? So fast?? before one can learn?? Don't understand. Check the picture again, please. Sussurround --Sussurround (talk) 13:25, 10 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

--Sussurround I hope it is right like this, — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sussurround (talk • contribs) 13:20, 10 April 2019 (UTC) Sorry but you have no clear idea about what "copyright" means. You just declared that you "own the copyright" and you must go through an OTRS process. It is not enough you claim this just in a talk page: it's far more complex. You, as copyright owner, are free and entitled to reuse your work in a context where you also own the property of the hosting space (your own web site, for instance) or in any other place providing you equivalent right. But Commons it's NOT a web space provider and this server it's NOT a space of your own and you're NOT free to use it as if it was yours. Commons is on a PRIVATE hosting hold by someone else (WMF) who has put restrictions on the contents' license, in particular: copyrighted contents are NOT allowed, even if loaded by the copyright owner. Being holder of the rights does not entitle you to use your own material unrestricted wherever you want: you can only use it where your owner rights don't break or collide with the license rights of the target host. Just to say it differently: you own the keys of your home, and you're free to enter and exit whenever you want. But you can't do that when you are hosted in someone else's home and you don't have the keys of that home: you cannot enter and exit freely without the acknowledge and permission of the house owner and if you do it against his rules and will, you are doing something illegal. With copyrighted contents, it works in the same way: using a copyrighted work in a context owned by someone else who forbids copyrighted contents without its formal acceptance, it's at all extent illegal. WMF and Commons are not passive subjects and also your intellectual rights are not unrestricted.--L736E (talk) 13:37, 10 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, Mister, enjoy your time with a real copyright violation, not me, I am not. I did set/charged this picture for free use, I didn't do anything wrong, following all the instructions, and clicking on the buttons. I didn't even had the time to read more about, and you didn't help at all, instead, I felt treated you as a criminal. Ridicoulous, it seems you hold the keys and the keys are not so "free" as Wikipedia should be. I don't know what else I should do for a simple act concerning a normal picture describing a Wikipedia page. I give up the picture, no picture please, I don't want the keys, just wanted to drop a little contribute.... remaining disappointed. You should use your time here helpin g people... File:BLACK PAINTENE copia 3.jpg has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.

If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues.

Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!
