You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Concern about SVG Urdu translations

Hi Sukeerti, this is to inform you that the SVG translations that you've been doing as a part of the SVG Translation Campaign 2019 were reported to be wrong. The language organiser (an active editor of Urdu Wikipedia) محمد_شعیب brought to my notice that these translations at Category:Creations from STC19 in ur are wrong. We'll be proceeding for deletion soon. If you do not have native command over the language, please refrain from translating the files, it'll be misleading. Dear KCVelaga sir, thank you for the message I am learning Urdu (very new) and recently learned SVG, there may be some error in translations other than name, Maps, city, country, etc. It would be great if محمد_شعیب can help me in correcting those errors.This is my first effort to do SVG translation especially in Urdu I hope seniors will help me thanks Sukeerti Dwivedi (talk) 15:58, 31 March 2019 (UTC)

SVG Translation Campaign 2019 in India: Feedback survey

Many thanks for participating in the SVG Translation Campaign 2019 in India. It had been quite a successful campaign—194 users from 19 Indic languages took part in the campaign for 38 days, and have created more than 2,500 SVG files, all of them having labels in native Indian languages. Flickypedia soft launch and a huge thank you

Dear fellow Commons photographer,

I hope this message finds you well. As you might already know, the Flickr Foundation has been busy creating a new Flickr-to-Commons bridge (“Flickypedia”) this year. After a successful demo at the GLAM Wiki Conference in Montevideo, the Flickr Foundation team is now inviting all members of the Commons Photographers User Group to be the first to review their alpha, reporting any technical issues or other feedback via the Flickypedia project talk page.

At the same time, this message is an opportunity for me to thank you for your trust and support over the past couple of years. Since 2017, we've grown into being one of the largest user groups in the Wikimedia universe. I've tremendously enjoyed interacting with all of our members when it came to joint photowalks at Wikimanias, virtual Zoom meetings where we covered a wide variety of photography topics, as well as our annual “Most memorable shot of the year”, among many other events. As I'm not running for an official position in our current board election, this will be my last message on behalf of the user group to you. Thanks for all the happy moments we shared together over the years! I hope you'll continue creating free images for the millions of people we serve through Wikipedia and Commons.
