Creation OpenStreetMap Logo Togo

Hi SpinnerLaserzthe2nd !

I've seen that you've created some OpenStreetMap logos (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:OpenStreetMap_SVG_logos) with country flags, like File:Mychosm Nigeria.svg.

Graubünden: Global replacements

Thanks for completing the transfer of the official Graubünden municipal arms to Commons, which is an effort that had been neglected for a long time (project writeup in German from nine months ago).
