File:Jose Luis Poveda.jpg has been marked as a possible copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content—that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Traditional copyright law does not grant these freedoms, and unless noted otherwise, everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here. For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules useful, or you can ask questions about Commons policies at the Commons:Help desk. If you are the copyright holder and the creator of the file, please read Commons:But it's my own work! for tips on how to provide evidence of that.
The file you added may soon be deleted. If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please replace the copyvio tag with {{subst:OP}} and have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT. If you disagree that the file is a copyright violation for any other reason, please replace the copyvio tag with a regular deletion request.

- Comment @Strakhov: Thanks for your comment but at the moment of uploading this picture I've talked to the author of the photo -> Daniel González Fernández https://www.danifotografo.com/ and the communications manager of the Sociedad Española de Farmacia Hospitalaria -> Borja Gitrama Sancho as you can check at their website https://www.sefh.es/staff.php both of them told me that this picture is free to use at wikimedia and wikipedia SpanishCicerone--SpanishCicerone
- Hi SpanishCicerone,
- problem is, we cannot accept a limited permission "for Wikipedia and/or Wikimedia". Per our policy COM:L, copyrighted media have to be released by their author or copyright-holder under a so-called free license, which allows its use for any purpose, provided the license-terms are met. We usually recommend the CC-BY-SA license, such as version 3.0 or version 4.0. If Daniel González Fernández could agree to that, please take the text template from Commons:Modelos_de_mensajes#Declaración_de_permiso_para_todas_las_peticiones, add the filename and mail it to the rights-holder, who should date and sign it and send it back to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org . --Túrelio (talk) 10:56, 16 March 2020 (UTC)
- Hi Túrelio, thanks so much for your advice. I've just written both emails adding this information to Daniel and Sociedad Española de Farmacia Hospitalaria in order to solve this situation. Please sign your postings[edit]
As a courtesy to other editors, it is Commons:Signatures policy to sign your posts on talk pages, user talk pages, deletion requests, and noticeboards. To do so, simply add four tildes (~~~~) at the end of your comments. Your user name or IP address (if you are not logged in) and the date will then automatically be added along with a timestamp when you save your comment. Signing your comments helps people to find out who said something and provides them with a link to your user/talk page (for further discussion). Thank you.
