Goodies, tips, and tricks Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities. You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads. Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Please do not overwrite files

I noticed that you uploaded a file using the name File:Sonya Kitchell.jpg. A file by this name already existed on Commons. Overwriting an existing file should not be done except when making minor, uncontroversial corrections, so the file has been restored to its previous version. If the file that you attempted to upload is within our project scope and is in the public domain or published under a free license, please upload it again under a different name. Thank you. Do you need assistance?

Hello. I noticed that you've struggled lately with updating the profile photo for the article Sonya Kitchell. In your most recent upload you claimed that you were the photographer of the photo, but it appeared that the actual photographer was Max Kitchell. I don't know if you are Sonya Kitchell or just chose your user name because you are a fan of her work. Either way, Commons requires evidence of permission from the copyright holder (usually the photographer) in order to accept a photo previously published elsewhere without a free license. Hi, I do need assistance. I am Sonya Kitchell and I took and own the photograph I tried to post as a replacement of a photo posted by a fan nearly 11 years ago. I would very much so like to be able to update the wikipedia photo.
