You are not blocked at Wikimedia Commons, but in Wikipedia in English, so this unblock request is moot. –LPfi (talk) 14:05, 23 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

So what do I need to do to be able to create a page again? And how do I add a note to the page that we're writing about our own business - it's not promotional it's all factual.

And how to I get unblocked in wikipedia in english?

There are instructions on the unblock procedure at your user talk page on Wikipedia in English, which I linked in my answer at the Commons help desk. You can also go to any page in Wikipedia (while logged-in) and use the links in the upper right corner.
Read the linked pages (on Wikipedia) carefully. If one request for an unblock fails, the next one will be more difficult. I would advice you to not write about your business before you have got used to writing articles.
Start with minor fixes in articles about things you know about and adding facts backed up with good sources. Stay clear of anything controversial, anything business-related and anything about living persons until you have some mileage. Listen carefully to any criticism and note how your edits are treated: reverted, copy edited whatever, to learn from them. There are all too many bad newbie articles, make sure your first articles are among those that won't get deleted. Again, learn from subsequent edits and any explicit feedback.
When you are known as a good-faith, constructive editor, and know what articles are expected to look like, only then you might be able to create an article on your business without being reverted and blocked.
The point is that you didn't follow the conventions on what an article should look like (I assume, I cannot see it now). Don't try again until you know the expectations and have a good reputation. And do tell, on your user page or at the talk page of the article, that you have a connection to the business. By being open, honest and humble you get advice rather than bans.
