Decline reason: "COM:BP requires an understanding of the issue and a credible commitment to discontinue. Neither are on offer here. The issue is not a lack of "full and proper credits," and the purport that you were unware ("when I saw them I stopped immediately") is disingenuous; for example:
  • This is not your first block; you necessarily ignored the warnings that proceeded the previous block and failed to use that time to review our policies.
  • As of your most recent upload (07:57, 16 April 2022) your talk page contained "everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here" (bold in original) twelve times (!!!).
  • You used the UploadWizard, the first page of which is a giant infographic that says "We can’t accept works created or inspired by others" and "By default, you can't upload someone else's work. This includes material such as [...] most pictures published on the Internet."
  • The very first question in the UploadWizard after selecting an image to upload is the binary "This file is my own work" and "This file is not my own work." You managed to get that answer wrong, which cannot be done but through lying.
The language of the aforementioned warnings and guidance is plain and was placed directly in front of you. No WMF experience is required ("I'm still fairly new to wikipedia"). There is, again, no indication that the issue is understood and the failure to address the substantial failures to engage our policies does not suggest credibility.
