Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Permission needed

Hi Sardinhapao, thank you for the great material you have been uploading to Commons. However, as it is not your own work, and the files have been published at http://www.matriznet.dgpc.pt , in order that such material can be accepted and kept here, you need to follow OTRS procedures, as described on this page: COM:OTRS. You need to follow those instructions in order to certify that you have permission to upload files from http://www.matriznet.dgpc.pt with the CC-0 license, and then add the ticket you'll receive to every file. If the files are not certified, anyone can request their deletion in the futures, as there will be no proof the uploads are legit (though I'm sure they are). These images are being uploaded on a trial basis under a GLAM partnership with DGPC. We are aware of this issue and OTRS is already under way. JMagalhães (talk) 18:01, 24 February 2018 (UTC)
