Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Renaming a series of images

I've submitted a bunch of move requests to harmonize the names: it's about various versions of the coat of arms of the Soviet Union. You've renamed one, but declined another. And there are others pending. Could you please do them all? Including the one declined: it's best to have them all named <base name> N.svg (with N=1,2,...). I agree with Cherkash here. File:Coat of arms of the Soviet Union.svg should be moved to File:Coat of arms of the Soviet Union 2.svg per Criterion 4. pandakekok9 05:17, 28 April 2020 (UTC)

Sorry Ah I understand, you mean the tags added with Commons:Structured data/Computer-aided tagging/Testing to the file. Sorry I didn't think I made mistakes. Renames

I do not believe that your renames of long held files meets the criteria. Please reread the criteria for harmonisation. It is not due to someone wishing it to be.  — billinghurst sDrewth 16:27, 23 June 2020 (UTC)

@Billinghurst: Hi the move I made it mainly for 2 reasons: 1) Georgia is an ambiguous name because there is en:Georgia (country) and en:Georgia (U.S. state), 2) looking in the categories I found that the flags were called without "States":Category:SVG flags of states of the United States File:Flag of Arkansas (Hocker).svg, File:Flag of Colorado (1911–1964).svg, File:Flag of Hawaii.svg, File:Flag of Nevada.svg... --Samuele2002 (Talk!) 16:37, 23 June 2020 (UTC)
