Asking to explain why she owns copyright of paintings not created by her is "assuming bad faith"? If so, then all commons staff is constantly "assuming bad faith" when users upload their images without license information. Infromation that Pshcemp commissioned that paintings (not bought in gallery or on auction) was essential. By default, copyright goes to author, not to the owner, and before this edit no one on Commons knew that Pschemp didn't just purchase those paintings, but paid for making them.
