Maps of regions

I have noticed with more than one map of the type Image:Deutschland Lage von Niedersachsen.svg that whilst clearly showing domestic bordering regions, the map doesn't give any clear indication on bordering countries versus aquaeous areas. I think it should be clearly shown in the Niedersachsen map that the area covered by Netherlands is not sea. __meco 08:11, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
