Over categorization[edit]

Please use the most descriptive sub-categories. For example, in your latest photos of Monterrey, Mexico, you have put categories Ice, Icicles, Snow on most of your pictures while they were more precisely for Category:Snow in Mexico, others for Category:Snow in Mexico, etc... The best is the fewest categories as possible and avoid putting the same categories to all your photos in a mass uploading.

I don't really agree with this one, if you go on the Indoor mold wikipedia article, there are plenty of photos of mold in there, and this is just one of them. I won't mention any of them, but I have looked at them and they have not been requested for deletion, although I also don't want them deleted, since I think they have encyclopaedic value. again, I have already found one article to place this file in. Cloud Atlas[edit]

Please read the WMO Atlas (https://cloudatlas.wmo.int/en/home.html) as you are naming wrongly a great number of your photos. In particular Mammatus clouds which are very proeminent bulges under convective clouds, Asperatus clouds which are an extreme of undulatus (not just some ondulations) and Lenticular clouds.

Greetings from Wiki Loves Folklore International Team!

Wiki Loves Folklore is an international photography contest hosted on Wikimedia Commons to document folklore and intangible cultural heritage from around the world, such as folk festivals, folk dances, folk music, folk activities, folk games, folk cuisine, folk wear, folktales, folk games, folk religion, mythology, and many more.

The campaign invites participants to document photographs, videos, and audios linked to folk culture and fit within the contest's theme. Through this campaign, you may become a part of a community dedicated to preserving our intangible culture, which has been brought and passed down for thousands of years.

How to Contribute?

The dates for the submission in the photography contest on Wikimedia Commons are from 1 February to 31 March 2023. Probably you are wondering how you can take part.
