Tangara fastuosa[edit]

Hi Rod - in my deletion request, you'd said "Comment: We just have 10 (categorized) photos of Tangara fastuosa". Very true, unfortunately! The one I nominated for deletion, as well as being of atrocious quality, was also a cagebird, so its identity couldn't be verified, there is the possibility of captive-bred hybrids. I did find two more on iNaturalist with free licenses though, and added them. But if you can visit the right area of northeast Brazil and get some more, that would be very welcome! - Obrigado! @MPF, thanks for uploading the photos you mentioned, and I now clearly understand the reasons for the deletion. Recentemente, eu notei que a página do Palácio do Planalto, adotou uma licença sem derivações, em sua página do Flickr. É de lamentar muito, quem perde é a Wikipédia, também nós dois, que baixamos várias imagens, vindas de lá. @Luiz79, é realmente uma pena, e penso eu que quem administra a conta oficial do Palácio do Planalto desconheça as reais implicações dessa mudança. Eu venho tentando entrar em contato com a presidência por meio deste link. Também, há alguns dias, enviei uma mensagem no WhatsApp ao próprio Roberto Stuckert Filho, que me respondeu com o contato do assessor de Ricardo Stuckert, Magno Rabelo, ao qual alertei a respeito dessa mudança. Infelizmente, até agora, não alteraram a licença para uma compatível com o Commons (e consequentemente com a Wikipédia, que é o projeto que mais se beneficiaria, até devido a seu alcance). Confesso que tenho um pouco de receio de abusar da boa vontade alheia e, por isso, prefiro não insistar e correr o risco de incomodá-los.
Enfim, como você deve saber e já ter constatado, as fotografias do Ricardo Stuckert são de uma qualidade inegável e registram eventos políticos extremamente relevantes no cenário global. As fotografias da Vice-Presidência da República podem ilustrar um ou outro evento em que Alckmin participe, mas certamente não substituem o Flickr do Palácio do Planalto. Uma pena tudo isso. Quem você acredita que administra a página? Os próprios fotógrafos ou pessoas específicas, que administram a página? É complicado, pois mais página que seguem uma licença comercial, que pertencem ao governo, vão mudando a licença, já as páginas de ministérios, seguem licenças completamente distintas, só me recordo do Ministério da Tecnologia, Comunicação e Defesa, que tem uma licença comercial (além da Marinha que não é ministério mais encaixa neste). @Luiz79, não sei. Provavelmente não é o fotógrafo, até porque o Ricardo Stuckert deve ser ocupado demais tirando foto do Lula (desde o início do ano, só teve uns três dias de férias, quando o Claudio Kbene o substituiu). Talvez seja o assessor cujo contato me foi enviado, talvez haja uma equipe bem grande por trás. Mas não sei. Pelo visto, se modificarem a licença, vai demorar um pouco, a não ser que alguém tenha tempo e disposição pra encher o saco deles no Twitter ou pelos e-mails. It was a photoshopped montage of the identifiable face of a living person onto a (sort of) porn image. So, in addition to being likely a copyviolating derivative, it was created with the attention to violate human dignity of a living, identifiable person.
