Idsteiner Straße 12[edit]
Hallo Renate007,
beim Durchsuchen der Liste der Kulturdenkmäler in Wiesbaden-Nordost (Villengebiete), die du dankenswerterweise mit Fotos befüllt hast, fiel mir natürlich sofort das Haus Idsteiner Straße 12 auf. Das ist wahrhaftig kein Kulturdenkmal, die Bewohner freuen sich sicher, dass es in der Liste erscheint, aber hier war die Remise der Villa Nr. 14 gemeint, die inzwischen verschwunden ist.
Frau Sigrid Russ, "Wiesbaden II – Die Villengebiete" S. 269 schreibt dazu:
"Ehemalige Remise und Stallgebäude der Villa Idsteiner Straße 14. Als solche Kulturdenkmal als Teil des in seltener Geschlossenheit überkommene Villenanlage Idsteiner Straße 14 (vgl.)."
und weiter im Schluss-Absatz zu Idsteiner Straße 14 (S. 271):
"An der Stützmauer des unteren Plateaus ist das Stall- und Remisengebäude gebaut, mit enger Zufahrt und Hof (vgl. Idsteiner Straße 12). Im ganzen ein hochherrschaftlicher Besitz mit entsprechend wertvoller Einfriedung mit hoher Stützmauer in Naturstein und secessionistischem Gitter und Tor. Kulturdenkmal aus künstlerischen Gründen und wegen der Bedeutung des großartigen Gartens für die Geschichte der Gartenkunst.".
Offenbar hat man die Remise für den Neubau doch geopfert.
Das Foto muss natürlich nicht gelöscht werden, aber im Zusammenhang mit der Liste ist es verwirrend und fehl am Platz.

Hallo Renate007, das Bild File:Gärtnerweg_12,_Frankfurt_am_Main-Westend.jpg zeigt definitiv nicht das Gebäude Gärtnerweg12. Ich kann es leider nicht lokalisieren, jedenfalls ist es kein Gebäude aus dem Gärtnerweg.
