Servus, @Tacsipacsi, völlig richtig, das Foto habe ich im Wiener Hauptbahnhof gemacht. In Budapest fand der Kongress statt. Das ist vielleicht ein bisschen missverständlich.
Mir schien die Lok wichtiger als der Ort, wo das Foto gemacht wurde. Aber dass du den Bahnhof an der Decke erkannt hast, hat mich beeindruckt; ich habe der Beschreibung jetzt „Wien, Hauptbahnhof“ vorangestellt und sogar die Kategorie 2021 at Wien Hauptbahnhof hinzugefügt. Ja, du bist richtig, dass es falsch war. :) Ich dachte, dass du mit „Budapest“ den Ort meintest, denn es war nicht in den Anführungszeichen. Unstimmigkeit zweier Bilder

Die beiden Bilder Ebenhausen,_Zugunfall_2022,_Auto_Notfallmanager,_1.jpeg und Ebenhausen,_Zugunfall_2022,_Auto_Notfallmanager,_2.jpeg in der Kategorie 2022_Ebenhausen_(Schäftlarn)_rail_accident haben mich etwas stutzig gemacht.

Beide Bilder passen mit ihren Bilddaten sowie den sichtbaren Inhalten irgendwie zum Unfall - aber die Fahrzeuge überhaupt nicht zu den für den Unfallort zuständigen Notfallmanagern. Anhand klarer Indizien an den Fahrzeugen hätten diese beiden Fahrzeuge sich nicht einmal in der Nähe des Unfallortes aufhalten dürfen.

Gibt es dafür vielleicht eine Erklärung?

@Mpns, ich habe keine Erklärung dafür. Ich habe die Bilder der beiden Dienstwagen am Tag nach dem Unfall (mit Genehmigung der Pressestelle der Bayerischen Polizei) aufgenommen; das Bild mit dem Mercedes zeigt im Hintergrund einen der Unfallzüge und die steile Böschung, die die Bergungsarbeiten erschwert hat.
Du beziehst dich vielleicht auf die Richtlinien der DB:
"Die DB Netz AG hat ihr Streckennetz in Bezirke untergliedert. Die Größe der Bezirke ist auf eine Anfahrzeit von maximal 30 Minuten ab ständigem Sitz des Notfallmanagers abgestimmt." (notfallmanagement__kurzinfo-data.pdf)
Ob am Unfalltag, also am Tag vorher, ein anderer Notfallmanager am Ort war, kann ich nicht sagen. Ich wollte mit meinen Aufnahmen natürlich warten, bis die Rettungsarbeiten abgeschlossen waren. Da an der Unfallstelle anscheinend rund um die Uhr gearbeitet wurde, wäre es nicht überraschend, wenn zwei Notfallmanager im Einsatz gewesen wären. Vielleicht hat man den ursprünglichen Notfallmanager abgelöst, als abzusehen war, dass der Einsatz länger dauert.
Wenn du die Beschreibung "eines der … Notfallmanager" für ungerechtfertigt hältst, bin ich gerne bereit, statt dessen den Ausdruck "Notfallmanagement" zu verwenden.

@Renardo la vulpo, der von Dir angesprochene Aspekt der DB-Richtlinien ist der eine Punkt. Ein anderer ist die Zulassungspraxis für Kraftfahrzeuge in Deutschland. Sobald Zivilfahrzeuge eine Ausstattung für Sonderrechte erhalten, so werden sie nicht mehr auf den Standort des Unternehmens (=> bei der DB für alle Bundesweit eingesetzten Fahrzeuge: Frankfurt) angemeldet sondern auf den Standort der Unternehmens-Niederlassung, an der die Fahrzeuge stationiert sind. Also müsste der für den Unfall (-Ort) zuständige Notfallmanager auch ein "M" auf dem Kennzeichen tragen. Augsburg hat mich an dieser Stelle halt stutzig gemacht. Aber es kann ja sein, das Augsburg für die Züge als solches die zuständige Stelle ist (bzw. diese im Bereich Augsburg beheimatet ist) und somit die "Augsburger" Notfallmanager für die Fahrzeuge zuständig waren.
Zu deiner Aussage "mit Genehmigung der Pressestelle der Bayrischen Polizei" noch ein Hinweis: Diese hättest Du in meinen Augen gar nicht benötigt und müsstest sie auch nicht erwähnen. Es reicht, das es dein eigenes Werk ist. Denn es gibt eine offizielle, allgemeingültige Fotogenehmigung der deutschen Bahn (Das Original könnte ich ggf. sogar noch finden), die im Wortlaut zum Beispiel hier wiedergegeben ist. Im Grunde steht dort: Fotos, die Du aus öffentlich zugänglichen Bereichen machst, darfst Du sowohl privat als auch nicht-kommerziell verwenden. Und da Wikipedia ja nicht-kommerziell ist ... Aber der Zusatz mit der Genehmigung der Polizei ist auf jeden Fall nicht schädlich und somit auch in Ordnung.

Danke, @Mpns. Ohne die Genehmigung der Pressestelle hätte ich die Aufnahmen nicht machen können, denn das Gelände war weiträumig durch die Polizei abgesperrt. Aber auf meinen Hinweis hin, dass ich für Wikimedia Commons fotografiere, hat mir die Pressestelle den Zugang gestattet, und das erkenne ich dankend an. Möglicherweise hat hier die Vorarbeit eines Wikipedianers, der unsere Arbeit bei amtlichen Stellen bekannt gemacht hat, Hilfe geleistet. -- Renardo la vulpo (talk) 20:21, 10 April 2022 (UTC)
@Mpns: Zufällig habe ich jetzt denselben Notfall-Management-Mercedes mit der Augsburger Nummer auf dem Parkplatz der Deutschen Bahn an der Orleansstraße in München stehen sehen. Daneben stand ein zweiter, ebenfalls mit Augsburger Nummer. Anscheinend ist es so, dass die Münchner Notfallmanager Autos mit Augsburger Nummer fahren. Hallo Renardo la vulpo,
danke, das Du mit solchen Beobachtungen noch einmal auf mich zukommst. Es irritiert mich zwar weiterhin ein wenig, aber es gibt mindestens eine potentielle Erklärung dafür.
Vornean stehen für mich die Regelungen aus der deutschen Kraftfahrzeug-Zulassungsverordnung. Diese konnte ich selbst einmal in meiner beruflichen Karriere "live" miterleben. Als Westerwälder Unternehmen bekamen wir für zwei Zivilfahrzeuge die Sondergenehmigung für Sondersignale (also: Blaulicht & Martinshorn). Dazu mussten wir aber die Fahrzeuge auf unsere "Einsatz-Standort" Stuttgart ummelden. Mit unserer "Westerwälder" Zulassung hätten wir die Sondergenehmigung nicht eingetragen bekommen. Aus der Erfahrung heraus und dem Wissen, das eigentlich alle Fahrzeuge der Deutschen Bahn auf Frankfurt angemeldet sind, war es für mich nie erstaunlich, das Fahrzeuge des Notfallmanagements regionale Zulassungen, abweichend von Frankfurt, hatten.
Dazu kommt dann noch, das ich heute beruflich als Dienstleister für die DB, konkret aber für die DB Netz AG, tätig bin. Im Rahmen dieser Tätigkeit treibe ich mich auch des Öfteren einmal im Hof der Betriebszentrale München herum. Und dort standen, wenn sie einmal vor Ort waren, nur Notfallmanagement- Fahrzeuge mit Münchener Kennzeichen herum.
Was eine mögliche Erklärung für meine Verwirrung aber sein könnte: Vermutlich muss/müssen nicht nur das EIU (die DB Netz AG), sondern auch die EVUs (DB Fernverkehr, DB Regio, S-Bahn München GmbH) ein Notfallmanagement unterhalten. Zwar ist der Sitz der DB Netz AG in München (Richelstraße) und die Notfallmanagement-Fahrzeuge der DB Netz AG werden somit auf München angemeldet. Aber es könnte ja auch sein - und das nur eine These - dass der nächste Notfallmanager- (Fahrzeug-) Standort für Regio, Fernverkehr oder S-Bahn in Augsburg ist. Somit wären die Fahrzeuge auch, für die Ausnahmeregelung Blaulicht/Martinshorn, in Augsburg anzumelden.
Wie gesagt: Du hast mir zwar mein "geglaubtes Wissen" über den Haufen geworfen - aber man lernt ja letztendlich nie aus.

Hallo lieber Renardo la vulpo, das 1. Weltkriegs-Denkmal in der Peters Kirche wurde durch den Bildhauer Karl Killer hergestellt.
