Ergänzend in deutsch: Du hast zwei weitere Bilder hochgeladen (DavidPaton2017.jpg und Zara-Thustra1987.jpg), die die notwendige Erlaubnis vom Urheber bereits besitzen. Sollte eine entsprechende Anfrage für die obigen 3 Fotos ebenfalls in Bearbeitung sein, so füge auf deren Bildbeschreibungsseiten die Vorlage {{OTRS pending}} ein, ausgefüllt mit dem Datum der Anfrage (wie das auszusehen hat, siehe auf der verlinkten Vorlagenseite). — Speravir – 23:31, 1 March 2021 (UTC)

Hallo Speravir! Danke für den Hinweis. Ich habe bereits Anfang Februar den Urheber des Fotos „MaxNeissendorferTrio.jpg“, Herrn Kollmeyer angeschrieben, das Formular an euch zu schicken. Das ist anscheinend nicht erfolgt. Ich habe ihm heute das Formular mit der Bitte an Zusendung an euch noch einmal geschickt. Das gleiche habe ich mit „Zara-Thustra-im-Studio1982.jpg“ und „ClemensWeindorf1982.jpg“ auch heute gemacht (anderer Rechteinhaber). Leider weiß ich nicht, was für ein Datum ich bei {{OTRS pending}} eintragen soll und wo diese Vorlage eingebaut werden soll. Danke für die Hilfe im Voraus! Zur Vorlage: Wenn Du oben auf das verlinkte {{OTRS pending}} gehst (oder jetzt hier ), dann findest Du die Kopiervorlage {{OTRS pending |year= |month= |day= }} und darunter, was die Parameter bedeuten, wobei es eigentlich selbsterklärend sein sollte (dazu musst Du Englisch beherrschen; ich hoffe, das ist hier nicht das Problem). Übrigens solltest Du das auch bei der heute hochgeladenen Datei Oktagon1982.jpg tun, sonst gibt’s da eher früher als später ebenso eine Markierung der fehlenden Genehmigung.

Ich bin nicht im OTRS-Team, deshalb pinge ich jetzt mal ein paar deutschsprachige Mitglieder an in der Hoffnung, dass sich einer von ihnen das mal näher ansieht: also Ping @AFBorchert, Krd, Raymond, Reinhard Kraasch, and Stepro (es gibt sicher noch mehr, aber die paar fielen mir jetzt auf die Schnelle ein). — Speravir – 22:30, 2 March 2021 (UTC)

Hallo Speravir! Also, der Rechteinhaber des Bildes File:MaxNeissendorferTrio.jpg hat bereits am 18.2.2021 das Freigabeformular losgeschickt ([Ticket#2021021810006248]). Angeblich wurde mein hochgeladenes Bild nicht gefunden. Es gab da wohl einen Unterschied im Dateinamen. Reinhard (mein Mentor) hat das auf meine Bitte hin geändert, indem er eine Weiterleitung eingerichtet hat. Also wo ist das Problem?? Ich bin ziemlich angefressen, weil ich mit all meinen hochgeladenen Bildern immer wieder Schwierigkeiten habe. Entweder werden sie angeblich nicht gefunden, dann werden plötzlich Dateinamen geändert, dann liegen angeblich keine Freigaben vor und der Gipfel war jetzt neulich die Nachfrage bei einem Rechteinhaber, wie er denn dazu komme, dass er behaupte, er hätte die Rechte an den Bildern! Es war doch ersichtlich, dass er der Rechteinhaber ist. Ich gebe mir so viel Mühe, alles richtig zu machen. Ich schicke den Rechteinhabern (die ich meist sehr mühevoll nach vielen Wochen der Suche ausfindig machen konnte, da die meisten Bilder 40 Jahre alt sind) immer gleich das vorgefertigte Formular schon vorausgefüllt, mit richtigem Dateinamen (!), so dass der Rechteinhaber nur noch unterschreiben und absenden muss. Hallo Remembergeorge, ich hab die Freigabe gefunden und eingetragen, jetzt sollte das in Ordnung sein. Wenn du wieder Bilder hochlädst, würde ich die unter de:Wikipedia:Bildrechte#Vorgehen bei fremden Werken, deren Urheber bekannt ist vorgeschlagene Vorgehensweise empfehlen, die vermeidet solche Irritationen. --Reinhard Kraasch (talk) 12:45, 3 March 2021 (UTC)

Noch eine Nachfrage: Wo auf der Seite der Bilddatei wird diese Vorlage eingebaut? "Lade das Bild hoch und zeige auf der Seite der Bilddatei mit Hilfe der Vorlage "OTRS pending|year=2021|month=March|day=3" an, dass noch eine Einverständniserklärung abgegeben wird." Oh, ich habe nicht bemerkt, dass Du noch eine Frage hattest. Du lädst die Datei normal hoch wie immer. Anschließend (kann auch Stunden oder ein Tag später sein) gehst Du dann auf Bearbeiten und dort fügst Du die Vorlage hinter |permission= ein.

Es gibt übrigens noch ein anderes Problem mit den Dateien (Pinging @Reinhard Kraasch zur Info): Du solltest sie sinnvoll kategorisieren. Sieh dir an, was ich bei den Bildern zu Zata-Thustra gemacht habe (wo ich die Category:Zara-Thustra (Band, 1982) selbst auch erst einmal anlegen und diese ihrerseits kategorisieren musste). Und achtung, Kategorien sind nich einfach Schlagworte, wie es in anderen Projekten der Fall ist, sondern stellen eine hierarchische Struktur dar. — Speravir – 23:45, 13 March 2021 (UTC)

Hallo Speravir, danke für die Erstellung der Kategorie zu Zara-Thustra. Du wirst mir als Neuling vielleicht nachsehen, dass ich ad hoc vieles zu lernen hatte und immer noch habe, mich aber zunächst einmal auf das Schreiben der Artikel konzentriert habe. Dabei gab es auch viel Neues für mich. Wenn du mir allerdings einen Hineis geben könntest, wie ich solche Kategorien selbst anlegen kann, dann wäre ich dir sehr dankbar. Ich habe mal selbst versucht, bei Wikipedia etwas dazu zu finden, werde aber aus dem Gefundenen nicht so recht schlau. Wo muss ich also mit diesen Kategorien ansetzen? „Du wirst mir als Neuling vielleicht nachsehen, dass …“ Aber natürlich! War ja auch als helfender Hinweis gedacht (die Kat. heißt inzwischen einfacher, nachdem auch der Artikel in der DE-Wikipedia worden ist). Zur Frage: Hilft dir eventuell Commons:Categories/de#Kurzanleitung bzw. Commons:Categories/de#Neue Kategorien anlegen? Ich selbst nutze dafür fast ausschließlich HotCat (in Commons standardmäßig aktiv für alle angemeldeten Benutzer), was aber etwas tückisch ist, in der HotCat-Hilfe findest Du nämlich diesen Satz: “If you change only a single category HotCat will—in its default configuration—perform the edit immediately.” Man kann konfigurieren, dass das Gadget sich anders verhält, man kann das aber auch bei Standardverhalten unterbinden, indem man auf die Zeichenkombination (+⁺) hinter „Kategorie“ klickt. Man kann dann auch testweise eine Kategorie eintippen, dann aber nicht abspeichern, um zu sehen, ob sie schon existiert oder ob es ähnlich Kategorien gibt, bzw. um den Rotlink anzuklicken, um eine Kat. erst anzulegen. (Zum Abspeichern müsste man dann auf den Knopf „Speichern“ drücken, der statt der Zeichenkombi erscheint.) — Speravir – 01:13, 30 March 2021 (UTC)

Hallo De728631, ich bin gerade dabei, das Freigabeformular für den Rechteinhaber vorzubereiten und werde ihm das heute noch zusenden. Der Rechteinhaber ist über das Procedere informiert und wird die Weiterleitung an permissions-de@wikimedia.org zeitnah senden. Was die Bilder von Gino Vannelli angeht, habe ich bereits sämtliche Unterlagen an die obige Mailadresse geschickt, bisher ist aber noch nichts weiter passiert. Es werden noch weitere Fotos von mir hochgeladen, bei denen ich nach den gleichen Procedere verfahre. Gruß Remembergeorge (talk) 10:07, 14 December 2021 (UTC)

Alles klar, vielen Dank. Bei den weiteren Bildern kannst Du gerne auch den Baustein {{subst:OP}} verwenden, damit andere Benutzer wissen, dass da noch eine Genehmigung per Mail kommt. Hallo Mussklprozz, ich stehe schon eine Weile mit Herrn Ottensen in Kontakt, was die beiden Bilder von Gino Vannelli angeht. Das Familienbild kann natürlich so nicht in Wikipedia erscheinen, das ist klar. Die Vorgeschichte ist etwas kompliziert, Herr Ottensen kennt die ganze Sachlage. Ich bin dabei, das Unternehmen RoyalCarribean zu kontaktieren, um irgendwie an den Urheber des Fotos zu kommen. Gruß Remembergeorge (talk) 18:38, 15 January 2022 (UTC)

@Remembergeorge: Mach Dir keine Sorgen wegen des Löschantrags. Wenn von der Reederei tatsächlich eine Freigabe kommt, und das Bild wurde inzwischen gelöscht, dann wird es wiederhergestellt, sobald der Herr Ottensen oder einer seiner Kolleg:innen im Support die Sachlage geprüft hat. – Ich bin tatsächlich in Saarbrücken zur Schule gegangen und habe bis zum Vordiplom an der Uni des Saarlandes studiert. Cher Habertix, j'ai déjà envoyé une demande d'autorisation à la direction de Musea Records le 3 février 2022. Le manager général, M. Gueffier, m'a déjà donné son accord pour l'utilisation de la pochette de l'album dans un e-mail daté du 2.2.2022. Je n'ai pas encore reçu de réponse. J'ai rappelé aujourd'hui à M. Gueffier qu'il devait donner son autorisation.

Hallo Túrelio, das Cover ist in seiner Originalform bereits Bestandteil von Wikimedia Commons (https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alice_in_Wonderland_(Album)#/media/Datei:AiW_Front.jpg). Es handelt sich hier um eine Edition durch Explore Rights Managements, die wiederum - genau wie ich - die Rechte haben, das Cover zu verwenden und zu editieren. In welcher Form? Ich stehe mit dem Management in direktem Kontakt. Man hat mir eben folgendes geschrieben: "Tricky question on Wikipedia - I have permission to use the artwork from the original creator but I’m not the copyright owner myself." Frage ist also, in welcher Form kann ERM sich gegenüber Wikimedia als Berechtigter ausweisen?? Danke für deine Hilfe diesbezüglich im Voraus. Geh zu Commons:Email templates#Email message template for release of rights to a file, kopiere den Text in dem unterlegten Rechteck in deine Textverarbeitung, füge den Dateinamen (oder komplette URL) sowie den Namen der gewählten Lizenz ein. Dann mailst du das ganze an ERM und bittest sie die noch offenen Felder zur Urheberschaft (1. Satz der Erklärung) auszufüllen, dann den Namen (am besten Rechtsabteilung oder wer das dort verantwortlich machen kann) und das Datum daruntersetzen und das ganze an die o.g. Adresse zu mailen. Danke für den Hinweis. Leider hat jemand das Bild gelöscht, bevor ich weitere Schritte unternehmen konnte. Ich sitze ja auch nicht ständig am PC. Nein, nicht neu hochladen. Das Wiederherstellen einer gelöschten Datei kostet einen Admin nur 2 Klicks. Mach weiter wie geplant und benutze den Dateinamen der derzeit gelöschten Datei für den Genehmigungstext. --Túrelio (talk) 13:43, 21 January 2023 (UTC)
