This is your first and only warning. I understand your irritation, but this is totally unacceptable behaviour here on Commons. Please calm down: take a stroll, breathe, go do something else and try to hold a civilised discussion. Thanks :-) odder (talk) 14:43, 14 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Stop trying to bully people odder.Volunteer Marek (talk) 18:05, 14 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Odders is clearly involved so he has no authority to make warnings regarding this issue. Ottava Rima (talk) 19:01, 15 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I don't think you have any authority to tell me what I can or cannot do. odder (talk) 19:06, 15 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, I do. You are conflicted here and that is obvious. You are in violation of our rules by acting as an admin when you had a clear dispute in the subject area, one that led to your block and you rage quitting from another project before being banned there. Ottava Rima (talk) 19:08, 15 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Would you mind showing me anything that proves I am banned from the English Wikipedia? I would also welcome mentioning exact policies that I'm violating instead of just using empty words. odder (talk) 19:15, 15 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I didn't say you were banned. I said you rage quitted before you were banned. It is incivil to make greatly misleading statements about others claims. [1] The events are very clear to anyone who bothers to look. It is obvious that your involvement with Jimbo's picture is highly suspect. Ottava Rima (talk) 19:18, 15 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you[edit]

Thank you for redacting the personal attacks upon myself. We tend to be COM:MELLOW here on Commons, and such things just detract from the issues. Now discussion can take place on the actual issues; that being are the images in scope? Sure they are, although we can agree to disagree I guess. russavia (talk) 18:55, 14 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It is good to see that the comments have been redacted, they were completely and utterly unacceptable. Sorry to hear that you are having a stressful time in RL, I hope that clears up to your satisfaction soon. I'm glad that you don't need to be blocked to prevent those things effecting commons, I don't like seeing anyone getting blocked. Penyulap 20:49, 14 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I find it amusing that you come on here to post a very genial-sounding "forgiving" post, and immediately get on IRC to threaten me with "trouble" via private messages. If you have something to say, say it to my face in public. Don't post stuff like this via IRC:
[09:46] <russavia> i appreciate that you retracted your personal attacks, but i will say do it again and there will be trouble ok
[09:47] <russavia> i have had a gutful of personal attacks on enwp in my direction with nothing being done about it
[12:41] <russavia> and I will fight back against them, regardless of where they come from
[12:41] <russavia> and that, you can quote me on, ok....best
Reaper Eternal (talk) 18:40, 16 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
You are right, I did send that to you on IRC. And I did thank you, and still do thank you, for retracting your personal attacks. But I still stand by the rest of it. I have had a gutful of English Wikipedians thinking that they can come across to Commons and engage in hateful rhetoric and personal attacks on other people who they don't even know. I think it's a very sad state of affairs that because there is an English Wikipedia culture where such attacks on others are accepted and condoned that editors from that project think it is acceptable on Commons -- it isn't! We all have bad days, but your messages were extremely nasty in nature and delivery, and whilst you did retract them, and I do thank you again for that, do it again and there will be trouble (i.e. I will not stand for it any longer from any editor). And yes, I am now saying that publicly for you (and others). By the way, the text you posted has now been released into the public domain by myself, so you needn't worry about copyright issues. And yes, all the best to you. Cheers, russavia (talk) 19:22, 16 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
