D'accord, je viens d'envoyé un mail en confirmant que Rainbow0413 (talk·contribs) et Vanille0413 (talk·contribs) été la même personne. Par contre je voudrai juste savoir si il serai possible de mettre des photos avec un marquage (par exemple: photographie: de rainbow0413) car j'ai peu apercevoir que mes propres photos figuré sur d'autres sites internet et dont ses photos, je ne les ai uniquement publié que sur Wikimedia Commons. Ce qui serait plus simple, ce serait que l'utilisateur Vanille0413 inscrive tout simplement sur sa page d'utilisateur que l'utilisateur Rainbow0413 est la même personne. Wikimedia-commons préfère retirer les marquages des photos, et c'est une opération régulièrement réalisée, et permise par les licenses libres (libre modification). Voir Commons:Watermarks.
Les licences (GFDL et CC BY SA-multiversions) sous lesquelles vous avez publiées vos images autorisent spécifiquement la libre modification, la libre réutilisation, et l'usage commercial de vos photos. Si vos photos sont réutilisées sur d'autres sites web, ceci est parfaitement normal et permis par les licenses que vous avez fournies aux réutilisateurs... c'est même l'objectif de Wikimedia Commons que de permettre la diffusion d'images libre ayant un intérêt éducatif/informatif.
Pourriez vous m'indiquer si vous êtes citoyen français ?
Les licences que vous avez utilisées sont irrévocables, vous ne pouvez pas annuler la publication de vos oeuvres de façon simple. Si vous êtes citoyen français, l'article L121-4 du Code de la Propriété Intellectuelle vous permet de vous repentir ou de vous rétracter, néanmoins il prévoit légalement que vous êtes tenus d'indemniser les personnes à qui vous avez fournis les droits d'exploitation. Dans ce genre de cas, j'invite généralement les individus à contacter directement la Wikimedia Foundation, propriétaire du site Wikimedia-commons. Les informations permettant de contacter la WMF concernant les droits d'auteurs sont peut-être sur cette page. Il vous faudrait probablement également contacter les autres sites web réutilisant vos photos pour les informez de votre décision et leur proposer un dédommagement.

The licenses you used are non-revocable, you cannot cancel the publication of your work in a simple way. If you are a french citizen, the L121-4 article of Code de la propriété intellectuelle allows you to retract, but it's a legal obligation to indemnify the people whom you grant exploitation rights. In such cases, i usually invite people to contact firectly WMF, owner of WIkimedia-COmmons website. The contact informations might be on this page. You would also probably have to contact the other websites re-using your photos to inform them of your decision and offer them an indemnification.

Ce qui vous embête c'est que des sites webs réutilisent ces photos sans vous créditer comme auteur alors que je vous confirme que c'est une OBLIGATION contractuelle spécifiée dans les licenses sous lesquelles elles sont publiées.
Dans une telle situation, vous êtes en droit de contacter les auteurs de ces sites web (généralement il y a un lien "about" ou "contact us") pour demander que les licenses soient respectées. Dans le cas de la license CC BY SA 3.0 unported (une de celles que vous avez utilisé), les sites web réutilisant vos photos doivent clairement vous indiquer comme auteur et fournir un lien vers la page de la license (ou vers la page de description de l'image sur Commons). S'ils ne réagissent pas, vous pouvez contacter leur hébergeur et vous plaindre que le site qu'ils hébergent viole votre droit d'auteur. Vous pouvez également réenvoyer un deuxième courrier aux auteurs du site web en y ajoutant une facture majorée d'une indemnitée. Si ils ne réagissent toujours pas, vous pourriez contacter un avocat et lancer une procédure légale.
Je ne suis pas avocate, et il s'agit uniquement de mon opinion personelle, pour obtenir des informations légales claires sur vos droits, contactez un avocat.

Et il s'est planté : il a restauré toutes les images en même temps, pensant bien faire. Je l'ai engueulé et il est privé de cookies. Souhaites-tu que les deux images surnuméraires soient re-supprimées ? 2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.
