Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Category:Quality images from Wiki Loves Africa 2020 in Morocco

Hi! It seems you have misunderstood the concept of Quality Images here in Commons. Only photos that have been assessed by the community as Quality Images at COM:QIC should be in categories named "Category:Quality images of...". If you find really good photos, you can nominate them for QI, just follow the process at COM:QIC. If they get approval and receive the green QI stamp, you can sort them into the category. However, just moving them to such a category is not the right way and I will revert those edits. Please read the guidelines for QIs at COM:IG. --Cart (talk) 06:30, 11 May 2020 (UTC)

Please test new feature on the ISA Tool (computer-aided tagging)

Hello

We have just released a new version of the ISA tool on the Test Server. The new version propose semi-automatic tagging of images, which seeks to assist community in identifying and labelling depicts statements for Commons files.

We are currently looking for feedback with regards to the look, feel, and usability of the tool with the machine vision / metadata-to-concept enhancements in place. In a second stage, we will be testing the quality of the recommandations provided.

We deeply appreciate your feedback, since it will help us determine the next steps of the project.

ISA Tool Workshop - Dec 12th 2022

Greetings.

We released a few weeks ago a new version of the ISA tool on the Test Server. The new version propose semi-automatic tagging of images, which seeks to assist community in identifying and labelling depicts statements for Commons files.

Now we are looking for feedback with regards to

• the look, feel, and usability of the tool with the machine vision / metadata-to-concept enhancements in place.
• and most importantly, the quality of the recommandations provided.

This is why we are organizing an online workshop on Monday 12th of December, 16h-17h30 UTC+1 (on zoom). We will be very happy if you find the time to join us.
