You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Your profile picture

Hi! It is a bit confusing what you would like to do with the picture. If you want the photo to be undeleted you should provide a reason as personal pictures are not in scope for Commons. If you have a userpage on a wiki project you can use a few personal pictures there. If that is the case you could write that in your undeletion request. --MGA73 (talk) 14:17, 8 September 2020 (UTC)
