Since the file was not correctly categorized, I did some digging to find out where the school was and I found some troubling things. The picture you have uploaded is from this website and it is credited to "Tectoniques Architects". Are you one of them? Since it is published on the website I think you need to submit an OTRS ticket for it. Then when I went looking for the category for Category:Buildings in Besançon I saw a notice that may make this photo illegal to upload here after all because the building looks relatively new and there is no Freedom of panorama in France. I'm not 100% sure of how these things are dealt with so I'm 'pinging' Yann who may know more about these things. --cart-Talk 20:48, 21 September 2017 (UTC)

I have also had a look at some of the other files you have uploaded as your own photos. It is curious that the Exif data is missing for most of them and they are all relatively small like they were taken from websites. I did a search and found File:Fuente de los suspiros.jpg on this website credited to "สะพานถอนหายใจ - เวนิส (และบริเวณใกล้เคียง) - Tourism Media". Sorry, but I do not like your change in my photo. First of all that picture was assessed as a quality image and you replaced it with version with much less detail (higher compression?). Second I do not belive such change of light enriched somehow this picture. In my opinion the light become flattened. If you disagree, or need such brightened picture for article, please upload it as a derivative work, with different name and reference to the source and me as an author.
