Direktes Decline vs. Diskussion / Nomination

Hallo Poco,

du hast zweimal Fotos von mir mit einem direkten Decline abgelehnt. Mag dein Decline im Falle vom File:Gasometer-Abends-Kanal-View-2012.jpg noch gerechtfertigt gewesen sein, da das Foto ja schlicht verwackelt war, habe ich das Decline bei File:Rathaus-Goes-2012.jpg nicht ganz verstanden. Gerade Überbelichtungen lassen sich doch sehr einfach korrigieren, vor allem wenn man noch die RAW-Files hat. Ich bin in solchen Fällen bisher immer so verfahren, dass ich Nomination stehengelassen habe und lediglich ein Kommentar ergänzt habe. Damit gibtst du dem Fotografen wenigstens die Möglichkeit, die Unzulänglichkeit zu korrigieren und kannst dann im zweiten Schritt ablehnen oder eben zustimmen. Dein Argument bei deinem ersten Decline auf meiner Diskussionsseite war ja, dass ich das Bild neu nominieren sollte, damit dein Review nicht inkonsistent wird. Ich persönlich mag Dateidupletten gar nicht gerne und würde in dem Falle von dem Gasometerbild ungerne ein zweites Bild, was praktisch genauso aussieht, hochladen. Sofern ich das überarbeitete Bild aber als "Neue Dateiversion" hochlade und nicht als komplett neues Bild, ist dein Review also so oder so inkonsistent. Deswegen halte ich es verfahrenstechnisch für sinnvoller, bei Bildern, die prinzipiell korrigierbar sind (ungerade Linien, leichte Überbelichtung etc.) nicht direkt mit Decline zu urteilen. Was meinst du? Zugegebenermaßen war das Gasometer-Bild ein Grenzfall.

BTW: Kann ich als normaler Commons-Nutzer eigentlich auch Bilder von mir löschen?

Hallo Tuxyso, ich habe das gleiche Verständnis wie du, wenn es darum geht ein Bild mit einem Decline zu bewerten. Wenn ich der Meinung bin, dass die Probleme behoben werden können, dann lasse ich den Status weiterhin als "Nomination". Im Falle von Goeser Rathaus bin ich in der Tat der Meinung, dass die Überbelichtung irreversibel ist, da die Blätter vom Baum "gefressen" wurden. Ich kenne natürlich das Problem und ich verzichte darauf in solchen Fällen das Bild zu nomninieren. Ich habe aber kein Problem damit, wenn du das Bild in die CR Sektion schiebst, um weitere Meinungen zu bekommen.

Bezüglich dem ersten Bild, habe ich einfach während meiner Zeit hier noch nie gehesen, dass man ein Bild durch eine andere Aufnahme ersetzt, um eine neue Bewertung zu zwingen. Wenn du eine zweite Aufnahme hochlädst kann man nicht von Dupletten sprechen. So sehe ich das zumindest, und ich frage mich, ob es eine Policy dafür gibt. Ich war leider nicht fündig. Das hochladen neuer Bildversionen in Replik auf negative Bewertingen ist doch das täglich Brot in QI. Selbst du praktizierst das doch so, z.B. hier: File:Castillo_Trausnitz,_Landshut,_Alemania,_2012-05-27,_DD_06.JPG (in Antwort auf The Photographer), dafür ist doch  Done gedacht. Wie ich schon bemerkte war es im Falle von File:Gasometer-Abends-Kanal-View-2012.jpg ein Grenzfall. Für mich war es keine wirklich neue Aufnahme, sondern exakt das gleiche Motiv bei gleichen Lichtverhältnissen mit marginal anderer Brennweite. Dafür erzeuge ich keine Dateiduplette (das mögen andere anders sehen, ich möchte mir zumindest nicht meinen Commons-Account mit schlechten Bilder vollhauen).

Mein Vorgehen im Falle von File:Rathaus-Goes-2012.jpg resultierte aus der Irritation, die du bei mir bzgl. des Gasometers und deiner Aufforderung zur Renominierung gestiftet hast. Da ich noch nicht so lange bei QI dabei bin, bin ich der Aufforderung blind gefolgt (was ich rückblickend in so einem Fall vermutlich nicht noch mal mache würde). Ich denke das der Fotograf entscheiden sollte, was eine neue Dateiversion ist und was ein neues Bild ist. Ein leicht veränderter Crop ist meiner Auffassung nach definitv kein neues Bild. Sollte so ein Gasometer-Fall noch mal ereignen würde ich zukünftig, auch wenn du das möglicherweise anders siehst, wie folgt vorgehen:

1. Nominierung von Bild X
2. Poco lehnt Bild wegen Verwacklungen ab Decline
3. Tuxyso lädt neue Dateiversion hoch und ersetzt dabei das identische Motiv durch eine verwacklungsfreie Aufnahme
4. Tuxyso nutzt  Info und informiert über die neue Version und ändert von Decline auf Discuss, da die QI-Policy nur eine solche Änderung vorsieht, wenn ein Foto per Declinde abgelehnt wurde.
5. Foto kommt in CR und erhält "natürlich" :) QI-Status

Bei einem Fotos aus völlig anderer Perspektive würde ich selbstverständlich keine neue Dateiversion hochladen, sondern ein neues Bild.

 Question Bleibt die Frage: Gibt es eine Möglichkeit eigene Bilder zu löschen, vermutlich nicht.

Tuxyso, natürlich lade ich neue Versionen von meinen Bildern hoch, wenn ich damit m.E. das Bild verbessere bzw. damit die Beanstandung von einem Kollegen abräumen kann. Es geht letztendlich darum, dass wir uns alle gegenseitig unterstützen, um die Qualität unserer Arbeit zu verbessern. Davon profitiert das Projekt und wir auch in dem wir wertvolles Feedback von anderen Kollegen erhalten. Was du dennoch in diesem Fall gemacht hast, ist ein neues Bild hochzuladen, keine Version vom ersten. Es handelt sich definitiv um eine neue Aufnahme mit einer neuen Auflösung, mit höherer Qualität und mit deutlich unterschiedlichen Lichtverhältnissen (schau dir die Reflexion im Wasser an! [1] [2]). Ein solches Vorgehen habe ich, wie schon gesagt, noch nie gesehen und deswegen meine Kommentare.

Ich habe irgendwo gelesen, dass so etwas unerwünscht ist (man weißt ja nicht wofür das Bild in den Wikimedia Projekten verwendet wurde), aber ich habe die Seite nicht parat. Ich werde weiter suchen oder jemanden fragen.

Ich verstehe auch, deinen Anspruch keine Bilder mit unzureichender Qualität behalten zu wollen (das ist zu begrüssen und nicht immer der Fall). Deine Bilder kannst du nicht selbst löschen aber was du machen kannst ist schon einen Admin darum bitten. Das sollte kein Problem sein, ich habe es häufig gemacht. Füge einfach folgendes in die Seite ein: {{speedydelete|Insufficient quality version of this subject. I am the author and just uploaded it. Thanks, ~~~~}}

Vielen Dank, Poco! So etwas wie {{speedydelete| habe ich gesucht, danke. Ich kenne es von Mediawiki-Installationen, die ich selbst administriere, dass normale Nutzer in der Regel nichts löschen können, weder Dateien noch Artikel. Ich kann auch nachvollziehen, dass es grundsätzlicht nicht erwünscht ist über "Neue Dateiversion" ein Foto komplett auszutauschen. Ich werde in Zukunft dann eher neue Dateien hochladen und alte, sofern die Qualität nicht stimmt, direkt löschen lassen. Mit dem Gasometer-Bild kommen wir nicht auf einen grünen Zweig, für dich ist es ein neues Bild, für mich nicht, das werden wir hier nicht ausräumen können. Im Falle des Gasometer-Bildes bestand auch keine Möglichkeit, dass es irgendwo bereits verwendet wurde, da ich es gestern ganz frisch "geschossen" habe. Wir müssen auch nicht unbedingt "auf einen grünen Zweig kommen". Das ganze war für mich nichts anderes als eine Anekdote, aber bitte, glaub mir, dass ich keinesfalls versucht habe, dich aufzuregen.

Übrigens, ich habe die Seite gefunden, die ich gesucht hatte: Commons:Overwriting existing files, wobei der Fall von laufenden Bewertungen nicht erläutert wird. Ob eine Datei in einem Projekt verwendet wird, ist einfach herauszufinden. Du kannst in den letzten Sektionen der Beschreibungsseite sehen, welche Seiten (sowohl von Commons als auch von anderen Wikimedia Projekten) das Bild verlinken. Hallo Lothar, um ehrlich mit dir zu sein, muss ich sagen, dass ich deine Bilder schon gesehen hatte aber ich war nicht überzeugt. Ich habe sie mir nochmals in Ruhe angeschaut:

File:Mercedes-Benz 170 S Cabriolet B, Bj. 1950 (ret kl).JPG: Gute Qualität aber die Leute haben es versäumt, da sie recht ablenkend auswirken

File:MB 190 SL am 2006-07-16 (ret kl).JPG: Die Komposition hier ist bestens aber das Bild unscharft / verwackelt

File:Auto Union 1000 Sp (2008-07-12) ret.JPG: Auch hier ein guter Rahmen aber etwas unscharf. Dazu ist der Beifahrer / die Beifahrerin verschwommen

File:BMW 335 Cabriolet, Bj. 1939.jpg: Ich vermisse hier auch ein bisschen Schräfe, aber dieses is für mich das beste von allen 4 und ein QI kann ich vertreten => Promoted. Viele Grüße und dir auch ein schönes Wochenende, Poco a poco (talk) 13:03, 1 December 2012 (UTC)

Vielen Dank für die umfangreiche Antwort. Dass die Leute neben dem Mercedes-Cabrio stören, wundert mich; denn auf den allermeisten Fotos von einem Oldtimertreffen, die ein Kollege zurzeit hochlädt, sind ebenfalls Personen zu sehen. Eine Unschärfe bei dem Mercedes 190 SL kann ich nicht erkennen, außer im Hintergrund. Das hängt damit zusammen, dass das Auto fährt. Vergleiche ihn gegebenenfalls mit dem anderen Foto eines 190 SL, das ebenfalls noch in der Liste stehen müsste. Auch der Auto Union 1000 ist in Fahrt – zwar langsam – und lässt für mich keine beanstandenswerte Unschärfe erkennen. Schau Dir den Schriftzug auf der Motorhaube oder den Kühlergrill an. Fahrer und Beifahrer erscheinen absichtlich bzw. durch nachträgliche Bearbeitung „verschwommen“, um eventuelle Beanstandungen wegen des Rechts am eigenen Bild zu vermeiden. – Ich will Dich nicht zu überreden versuchen, Deine Meinung zu ändern. Nur wundere ich mich, dass meine Fotos in letzter Zeit im günstigsten Fall ignoriert oder aber abqualifiziert werden, während andere, von der Bildgestaltung her weniger ansprechende und zum Teil keineswegs schärfere als qualitativ hochwertig gelten. Lothar, du hast mich um meine Meinung gebeten, und ich habe sie dir gegeben. Du bestehst immer darauf deine Bilder mit anderen zu vergleichen aber ich beurteile die Bilder so wie sie sind, ohne Bewertungen von anderen Kollegen bei anderen Bildern zu berücksichtigen. Jedes Bild ist eine Geschichte für sich. Die verschwommenen Fahrzeugpassagieren sind so auffällig, dass es wirklich stört. Ich weiß auch, dass viele deine Bilder Fahrzeuge in Bewegung haben und würde dir deswegen eine schnellere Verschlusszeit empfehlen. Gruß, Poco a poco (talk) 15:16, 1 December 2012 (UTC)

Die Empfehlung eine schnellere bzw. kürzere Verschlusszeit zu wählen wundert mich sehr. Denn nur, wenn zumindest eine gewisse Bewegungsunschärfe im Hintergrund und/oder an den Rädern entsteht, ist zu erkennen, dass ein Auto oder Motorrad fährt. -- Lothar Spurzem (talk) 15:31, 1 December 2012 (UTC)

Dass mir auch das Mitziehen nicht ganz fremd ist, siehst Du auf meiner Wikipedia-Benutzerseite. Jajaja, si, de Poco a poco. Desde que Derrick Coetzee me regalo la cámara, he podido realizar buenos trabajos. Por muchos años reuni para la mejor cámara que pude comprar, una powershoot, para luego continuar con mi agonía de no tener una cámara lo suficientemente buena. Es que aquí, en Venezuela para reunir y comprarse una DSRL se debe reunir por al menos 3 años dando la mitad de un salario mínimo cada mes, algo totalmente inconcebible, pero, así es el valor de la vida aquí. Esa frustración me llevo a desligarme de la fotografía y dedicarme a pintar imágenes SVG, con ello obtuve algunas destacadas pero con un trabajo inmenso de meses para solo una destacada. Por otro lado, con respecto a tu viaje a Las islas Canarias me parece genial, mi tatarabuela era de las islas Canarias, sin embargo, no pude heredar la nacionalidad debido a asuntos legales. Siempre he tenido un particular interés en visitarla, sin embargo, del mismo modo, este diciembre viajare a otra isla también volcánica, llamada isla Margarita, aquí mismo en Venezuela. Bayrische Staatsbibliothek

Hallo Poco a poco,

ich habe gerade Dein Bild von der bayrischen Staatsbibliothek auf QIC angesehen. Tolle Aufnahme, aber mir kommt sie, besonders im Bereich der weißen Kirchtürme, sehr hell vor. Ich bin aber etwas unsicher, da ich gerade mit der Helligkeitsdarstellung meines Bildschirms Probleme habe. Da aber diese hervorragende Aufnahme noch nicht das promotion-tag erhalten hat (was bei der Schärfe und dem Bildaufbau eigentlich sehr schnell gehen müsste), wollte ich Dich bitten das noch einmal zu überprüfen.

Ich bin übrigens gerade etwas platt, die Anzahl Deiner ausgezeichneten Aufnahmen ist ja sehr bemerkenswert!

Hallo Dietrich, vielen Dank für den Hinweis. Ja, es war recht hell, grenzwertig hätte ich gesagt. Ich habe die Belichtung der Türme reduziert und nebenbei die CA minimiert und das Ganze 1 Grad in der Uhrzeigerrichtung gedreht. Es ist definitiv besser geworden und nun sollte einer Promotion nichts mehr im Wege stehen :) Hahaha.

Errores importantes en documento fallo jurado concurso Wiki Loves Monuments 2012

Hola Poco a Poco, quería comentarte que he detectado unos fallos importantes en los documentos oficiales del fallo del jurado (tanto en la versión de alta resolución como en la de baja). Hay varios errores en el documento a partir de la pagina 25 en adelante, se repiten los números de la clasificación (33) y lo que es peor, se me atribuye a mi la autoría de una de las fotos que no me pertenece:(Photographer: David Corral Gadea, Monument: Bahá‘í Terraces, Location: Haifa, Israel) tampoco se si habrá más errores en otras partes, no se como contactar con el responsable o a quien hacérselo saber y he recurrido a ti. Hola David, el hecho de que hayan varias fotos en la misma posición (ej. 33) no es un error. Fíjate que son 3 las que comparten ese puesto y el siguiente es el 36. Hola Poco a Poco, pues la verdad es que no me queda claro, si comparten el puesto (cosa que veo rara) el siguiente puesto (el 34) debería ser la que ocupa el "puesto 36" y si no lo comparten entonces deberían tener su puesto cada uno numerado. Es decir; puesto 33(4 fotos comparten el puesto), puesto 34 (la siguente, es decir la que tiene ahora el puesto 36) También date cuenta de que a partir de la 36 sucede lo mismo, hay 7 fotos que comparten el puesto(no es muy normal que digamos). Te lo digo porque como yo me dedico al diseño gráfico no es la primera vez que se monta un documento con número repetidos para maquetarlo y luego ir cambiando los datos y en un despiste los dejas repetidos por error. Comentaselo al autor también para que nos saque de dudas si puedes. Muchas gracias por la ayuda. Bueno te escribo de nuevo, he estado revisando bien lo que decías y parece que si, no lo entiendo muy bien pero si, el puesto 18 también se repite y el 25 y el 29, jejeje no entiendo nada pero bien.. jejeje entonces el último fallo es el único, ese que he ganado otro premio.. jejejejejje. Problemas con rumor de montaje

Buenas Poco a poco, recurro a ti para comentarte el tema que ha surgido en la red. Al parecer un fotógrafo ha querido sembrar la discordia y la duda sobre el concurso y en concreto sobre mí diciendo que la fotografía ganadora del segundo puesto es un montaje y además lo ha calificado de "cutre hasta decir basta". (aparece abajo la entrevista sobre el tema) Le he escrito también un correo tanto a ella como al patronato de turismo explicando lo absurdo de la acusación y dándo todos los datos sobre el tema para que puedan verificarlo.

Me gustaría que pusieras en aviso al jurado porque le puede salpicar todo esto y sobre todo, aunque no sea necesario pues no sería incumplir las normas del concurso, si queréis el archivo RAW para comprobarlo y desmentir oficialmente toda esta infamia absurda.

Muchas gracias de antemano por la ayuda y disculpa por meterte en estos follones pero creo que es importante para cortar de raíz estos intentos de hacerse "famosillo" a costa de desprestigiar a los demás sin ningún miramiento ni vergüenza.

Hola David, todos los miembros del jurado somos socios de Wikimedia España. Estoy (igual que el resto) al tanto como ya te comenté porque Santi expuso el tema en la lista interna de la asociación. Yo no veo ni trampa ni cartón, como acabo también de comentar en la lista de la asociación, en caso contrario no hubiera propuesto tu imagen a destacada. Sinceramente, creo que es envidia y mala fe de algunos, nada más. Y como las acusaciones no tienen sustento y buscan la polémica yo pasaría del tema. Si quieres te cedemos el blog de Wikimedia España para publicar tus argumentos, faltaba más, pero yo no seguiría dándole más atención al tema. Te salió una foto alucinante, has barrido en el mayor concurso fotográfico del mundo y hay gente que eso no lo traga. No hay más historia. Una publicación con tus argumentos, que me parecen con base y claros, sería todo lo que haría.

Buenas Diego, ya se tu nombre jejeje, ¡es un placer conocerte!. No te preocupes por la tardanza faltaría más. Disfruta bien de las Canarias y haz muchas fotos jejejejeje, son preciosas... Ayer me llamó personalmente el fotógrafo de la polémica a mi teléfono para pedirme todo tipo de disculpas y explicarme el tema. Al parecer me dice que manipularon una conversación que tuvo con un grupo de gente en la que había alguien de prensa. Me cuenta que ha enviado un comunicado a la Concejala de turismo del Ayto. de Segovia con las disculpas, otra información a la red "Menéame" desmintiendo todo el tema para que descarten la noticia y una petición de descarte de la noticia al periódico que lanzó el bulo. También ha escrito en Wikimedia, en el lugar del desmentido y lo he subido arriba del todo. Zanjado el tema no debemos darle más importancia puesto que está desmentido por el propio "creador" solucionado todo. Puedes si quieres eliminar todo esto de tu "Talk" que lo ensucia demasiado.. CR stands for Consesual Review and is the section at the bottom of the page where everybody is asked to express his/her opinion. All you need to do is change the status from "Nomination" to "Discuss" and the bot will move it down. Regarding the picture, I don't know what was the intention, but this kind of filters cannot improve the quality of a picture, rather it will differ from reality, which is IMHO a minus. In relation to your comments at Commons:Administrators/Requests/Aa1bb2cc3dd4ee5, as I stated to Ymblanter, if I were closing this, I would place little to no weight on your oppose, for the same reasons. Additionally, you have cited policy in your oppose which does not exist. Commons:Username policy is a proposed policy, which has not yet been implemented by the community. However, the editor has now changed their username, so it would be good if you were to go back to that RfA and review the contributions of the editor; for this is what is really important. I don't share your view at all. First, I was aware that it is not a policy yet (cannot understand why, to be honest), but it is common sense and a policy in many other projects. I wouldn't take seriously an administrator with such a username. On the other side, I consider your comment "I would place little to no weight on the above oppose because it is not based on the editors contributions, etc" pretty disrespectfull on the value of the opinion of other members of the project. It is the first time I oppose in an RfA at Commons and I do it for a good reason. I didn't fall from a cloud yesterday and have participated in the Wikimedia projects for many years (also as admin in es.wp). I will review his contributions and probably comment on that but will hardly change the direction of the vote, since, as said, to me it is an attitude problem towards policies common sense rules. By now I have realized, though, that it was not a good idea to express my opinion and get involved in these games. Thanks for your response. From the outset, your voice does have weight. Except in this instance, you and others have somewhat voiced it in the wrong venue. Other projects may have policies, but commons does not. Honestly, continue to contribute to RfA's -- everyone's voice is welcome there, I am simply saying as a crat that whilst I have to look at opposes, I would have to weigh those opposes up, and relate them to policies and a user's contributions, etc. I would encourage you, and others who have voiced such opinions at the current RfA to go to Commons:Username policy and re-activate the discussion there, and if the community wants to make such things actual policy, we can all work towards that. Quería escribirte porque estoy sumamente molesto contigo y no comprendo como ha sucedido esto!!!. Baj!, el día de los santos inocentes ya pasó, es broma. Ahora, hablando en serio, quería agradecerte por tu trabajo corrigiendo la perspectiva y verticales en la fotografía, ademas de desaparecer las cabezas, claridad sin dañar la originalidad de la foto y disminuyendo su tamaño. Evidentemente no solo eres un buen fotógrafo, tampoco eres solamente un buen editor de fotografías sino también una persona que se cala las duras criticas de los demás, solamente espero que sigas así el siguiente año, mis mejores deseos para ti y tu familia.
