Hello,

Pour faire un lien, rajoutes deux points au début : [[:Image:Piment royal (Myrica gale) ou myrte des marais.JPG]] donne Image:Piment royal (Myrica gale) ou myrte des marais.JPG.

Pour les catégories, il ne faut en effet mettre que les plus précises par rapport au sujet. Par exemple, la catégorie "Canal" ne me semblait pas vraiment en rapport avec ton sujet :-)

Pour le cadrage, je vais avoir du mal à le faire (Photoshop ne marche plus pour une raison inconnue et mon ordi plante à tout va). Si tu veux essayer, il te faut un logiciel de retouche (Paint marche, Gimp est gratuit...), puis sur la page de l'image tu cliques sur le lien "Copier une nouvelle version de ce fichier", ce qui permet de remplacer l'image existante. En gros je pense qu'une copie à l'identique est intellectuellement la propriété de l'auteur de l'original, et que dans le cas d'une copie modifiée il faudrait l'autorisation de chaque auteur.

Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

[[Category:Category name]]

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]
[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

je regrette d'être un peu direct, mais tu me sembles avoir fait la preuve que tu n'es pas particulièrement compétente en matière de droits d'auteur.

Ca serait mieux que tu t'abstiennes d'enlever des notices de copyvio. Si tu veux des explications ou des détails, tu peux toujours poser des questions à ceux qui savent, ou demander une RfD. Mais enlever des notices sans autre forme de procès, c'est vraiment déconseillé.

ton sentiment sur ma compétence en matière de droits d'auteur me semble tout à fait erroné. Il se trouve qu'en la matière j'ai un peu de vécu, pour être franche un peu plus de deux décennies. Alors pour moi, "ceux qui savent" je ne les connais pas. En revanche ceux qui disent sont les magistrats et ceux qui conseillent sont les avocats.

Maintenant, je suppose que tu veux parler de cette affiche ? Lorsque la fiche est livrée avec le logo Domaine Public, c'est de la responsabilité de l'uploader.

Je partage un peu l'avis de Rama. Le problème ici est simplement qu'une construction d'éléments domaine public n'en fait pas de facto une œuvre dans le domaine public: le domaine public n'est pas contaminant, la loi française se fondant sur l'originalité. Yannf n'est pas, sauf indication contraire le créateur de l'image, il ne peut donc prétendre que l'image est dans le domaine public, même si ses éléments distincts peuvent l'être.
