A file that you have uploaded to Wikimedia Commons, File:Map of Venezia Giulia in 1200.png, is a derivative work, containing an "image within an image". Examples of such works would include a photograph of a sculpture, a scan of a magazine cover, or a map that has been altered from the original. While the description page states who made this derivative work, it currently doesn't specify who created the original work, so the overall copyright status is unclear. Bandiera di Bastia

Ciao, ti volevo avvisare che ho corretto il testo nella bandiera di Bastia, che sembrava vettorializzato da un bitmap. Ho provveduto a rimpiazzarlo con del testo SVG.

Dando un'occhiata ai tuoi caricamenti, noto che ci sono alcuni problemi con alcune opere derivate. In casi come questo e questo hai correttamente indicato la fonte degli elementi vettoriali, ma non puoi ricaricare l'opera sotto licenza CC0 se le fonti erano pubblicate sotto licenza CC-BY-SA. In casi come questo invece non hai indicato gli elementi vettoriali di cui ti sei servito (nella specie, presumo File:Flag of Veneto.svg) e anche in questo caso la licenza CC0 non va bene. Invece, per quanto riguarda sovrascrizioni come quella fatta qui considera che non è consentita perchè: 1. è una modifica non minore all'immagine 2. determina un cambio di licenza (quelle fronde, che peraltro vanno menzionate come fonte, sono rilasciate sotto CC-BY-SA, quindi non possono essere aggiunte se l'immagine è sotto CC0); in questi casi occorre caricare separatamente, con la licenza corrispondente. Tieni conto che sei un utente autoverificato, quindi le tue modifiche non sono puntualmente verificate: è quindi fondamentale prestare attenzione a questi aspetti.

P.S. Per Arstotzka, stavo cercando anch'io qualcosa di tematico da mettere nella pagina utente, possibilmente qualcosa di semplice che possa stare su Commons ;) Arrow303 (talk) 21:40, 3 February 2024 (UTC)

@Arrow303 @OttavianoUrsu, leggendo questa discussione mi viene in mente una cosa: Data la bandiera abbastanza semplice, non si potrebbe ricreare da zero una bandiera che ci assomiglia a quella originale? basta fare un drappo nero con tre linee grigie e un'aquila di rosso... non sembra tanto "elaborata", no? l'aquila di rosso era quella di arstotzka, ed ecco perchè hanno eliminato la bandiera che avevo messo qua, ma ricrearla con un aquila non ufficiale sarebbe possibile, alla fine ce n'è sono parecchie di aquila qua su commons OttavianoUrsu (talk) 15:41, 2 April 2024 (UTC)

Buon pomeriggio, Purtroppo non sono riuscito a trovare la mappa nel template, ma sono riuscito a fare le flag map tramite questa mappa File:Mappa delle Suddivisioni di Alassio.svg inoltre ho fatto le flag map con le due bandiere fatte da lei, quella de facto File:Flag map of Alassio.svg e quella de jure File:Flag map of Alassio (De jure flag).svg.

Se intendevi un'altra mappa puoi mandarmela sotto questa risposta,

Ciao OttavianoUrsu, perdona la rottura di scatole, ma vorrei farti notare alcune tue inesattezze riguardo alle policy di Commons, e lo faccio per evitare che le stesse cose le noti in futuro qualche altro utente o amministratore che scelga di intervenire in maniera più severa.

• File:U Fronte.svg lo hai disegnato in vettoriale tu? Anche in questo caso però il disegno è chiaramente derivato da un logo che non supera la COM:TOO e quindi è protetto da copyright e non può essere pubblicato qui senza il consenso espresso del detentore dei diritti.
• File:Flag of Bernalda.svg + File:Flag of Capraia Isola.svg, qui ricorda di inserire l'attribuzione allo stemma originale (non tanto per una questione di orgoglio personale da parte dei singoli utenti, ma perché se il riferimento manca il file potrebbe essere cancellato in futuro, secondo le policy)
• File:Flag Italian irredentist Dalmatia.svg qui, considera che non è permesso sovrascrivere un file con una versione che sia sostanzialmente differente sul piano grafico. Occorre ripristinare la vecchia versione e caricare l'immagine come file separato. Inoltre andrebbe precisata la fonte dei leoni.
• File:Torre Angela - OpenStreetMap.svg, qui invece occhio perché non si può caricare uno screenshot di OSM direttamente sotto la CC-BY-SA, va usato Template:OpenStreetMap debitamente compilato.

Sulle questioni legali/di copyright purtroppo ci tocca essere fiscali, per la tutela del progetto, ma sono certo che comprenderai :) Se hai dubbi o domande, chiedi pure o eventualmente consulta preventivamente un utente esperto o un admin. Un saluto! --Arrow303 (talk) 14:21, 1 May 2024 (UTC)

Quanto alla prima immagine, temo di sì, a meno che non si abbia una prova che tale logo è rilasciato sotto una licenza libera ammessa su Commons. Per ora, visto che lo hai caricato proprio in giornata, per evitare di farlo passare per una violazione di copyright ti consiglierei di 1. rimuoverlo da tutte le pagine dove è contenuto 2. dopodiché apporvi il template {{SD|G7}}.
