@Ronhjones: : Please check the case before sending such warning messages. The upload document was different to the deleted one, additionaly he has requested an undeletion proces (see Commons:Undeletion_requests#File:Digitalpolitik_-_Eine_Einfuehrung.pdf). Cheers, --Cornelius Kibelka (WMDE) (talk) 13:02, 7 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Cornelius Kibelka (WMDE): The records show...
"17:26, 17 June 2017 Daphne Lantier (A) (talk | contribs | block) deleted page File:Digitalpolitik.Eine Einführung.pdf (per Commons:Deletion requests/File:Digitalpolitik.Eine Einführung.pdf) (view/restore) (global usage; delinker log)" which was the last version of that file to be uploaded on " 10:24, 15 June 2017" and was the same version as the re-upload. If it had been changed then it would not have been listed at User:SteinsplitterBot/Previously_deleted_files. Ronhjones  (Talk) 19:33, 7 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
