Global ban for Musée Annam ("C" / "Unserafahne" / "Namkhanh02" / "Đăng Đàn Cung")

Maybe it would be wise to start a global ban request for Musée Annam as then the WMF could get involved with stopping his socks (if successful) as they've done this for a number of community global bans. A week ago I still had some respect for this user as they added a large amount of good files, but with their uncivilised conduct I don't think that this user should ever be allowed to return. Also notice the misogynistic messages he left for several Viwiki administrators, the sooner we would get rid of him the better, especially since this LTA has been active in socking since 2011. Thanks for contacting me. Since I joined Wikimedia only 4 months ago, much shorter than this C guy's 11-years, I need help from some of our very best sysops/CheckUser to give him a complete profile before requesting a global ban. It seems that even in his thirties (?), he could not refrain from Wikipedia and spitting out bad words, in which I interested the most.

I'm familiar with that page, it was a great help for tagging his socks 🧦 here, especially since most didn't get caught and he used a lot of socks here, if he was uploaded fantasies these could be tagged. You'd be surprised how many fake flags trace their origin to him on Wikimedia websites. @Guaddiminhomie: Những hình ảnh bạn tải lên đều không tự do, nên vi phạm quy định của Wikimedia Commons. Ảnh từ game, nói chung, được bảo hộ bản quyền rất chặt, và nếu muốn sử dụng thì phải yêu cầu sử dụng hợp lý. Để hiểu hơn về quy định, bạn có thể đọc trang này. Hi, NguoiDungKhongDinhDanh. You nominated all uploads of Taylorj661 for deletion due to promotion. After thinking several days I decided do revert the nominations. Advertising is not totally prohibited in Commons, because Commons files do not need to be neutral. Very promotional files with phone numbers or e-mail addresses are still speedily deleted, also multiple promo files have copyright problems (not own work as claimed) and can be speedily deleted on that ground. Tomorrow I create a bulk regular deletion request for a lot of uploads of Taylorj. In my opinion some of them (not all) must be deleted due to copyright violation or lack of educational value. @NguoiDungKhongDinhDanh: nhưng vấn đề là không chỉ vài file do 2 account trên tạo ra mà rất nhiều file khác, ví dụ như file này, cũng được sử dụng ở rất nhiều bài. Chủ yếu những sửa đổi này khá gần đây chỉ tàm 2 tuần trở lại và đều thực hiện bởi 2405:4802:0:0:0:0:0:0/32. --Ltn12345 (talk) 04:32, 26 October 2021 (UTC)

Speedy tags

Please don't use speedy tags for deleting images unless they are clear copyright © violations, you seemed to have tagged a number of Musée Annam's files for speedy deletion, it actually cost me months to get these undeleted in the first place because some trigger happy admin deleted a lot of their legitimate uploads, I tag their false flags as false, but their good uploads shouldn't be deleted because they are uploaded by him.

Also, you nominated a number of backstage images from a filmset as "non-notable", well, the Wikimedia Commons doesn't have notability standards it only has educational and licensing standards, a file must be realistically usable to educate people and should be freely licensed, the images you tagged as "Speedy delete" for being "not notable" are both educational and as far as I can tell freely licensed.
