Quadratic formula[edit]

The method I have found works but still is not in the law of maths not written in precise mathematical language. Ndwandwe22 (talk) 12:44, 18 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

TeX[edit]

English | +/−

Thank you for uploading some images! Did you know that TeX-Code is often the best alternative for mathematical formulas? TeX-Code has a lot of advantages: It has a uniform font type over all Wikimedia projects, it can easily and immediately be modified directly in the source code of the Wiki page, helping Wikimedia to distribute knowledge to all of the world. If you have questions, don't hesitate to ask me or the Village pump. If this is not the first time you receive this message, feel free to delete it. TeX-ing mathematical formulas isn't mandatory, but it would help. Thanks, and happy editing!

Thank you very much and allow me to say that there is a lot I don't understand about what you are saying and let me disclose that I'm doing this all by myself so I will appreciate any assistance I may get that is why I would like you to give me an example from my first example in the image I uploaded after that I can agree with the changes Ndwandwe22 (talk) 16:53, 20 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your contributions. Your image or other content was recently deleted, or will soon be deleted, in accordance with our process and policies, because it was not, or is not, within our scope. Please review our project scope, but in short, Commons is targeted at educational media files including photographs, diagrams, animations, music, spoken text and video clips. The expression “educational” is to be understood according to its broad meaning of “providing knowledge; instructional or informative”. Wikimedia Commons does not contain text articles like encyclopedia articles, textbooks, news, word definitions and such. Each of these other kinds of content have their own projects: Wikipedia, Wikibooks, Wikisource, Wikinews, Wiktionary and Wikiquote. If the content seems to fit the scope of one of those other projects, please consider contributing it there. Otherwise, consider an alternative outlet. If you think that the deletion was in error because the contribution really was in scope, you can appeal it at Commons:Undeletion requests, giving a reason why it fits our scope to help others evaluate the matter. Thank you for your understanding.
