Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Autorisation d'utiliser un trépied

Natharchives, could you alert an editor at Wikipédia to the following. Someone at Galerie Valentin in Montreal, a commercial gallery, has added Galerie L'Art français, his founding gallery, to every entry he could, any artist it or he carried, etc. I have cleaned it out as best I could from English wikipedia (I left a few mentions where they seemed to fit in) but I think an editor for French Wikipédia is better suited to clean out the articles there.The use of the name so often, while i don`t mind enthusiasm, amounts to vandalism of the articles. Check French articles for Suzor cote, Cullen, etc etc.. Galerie Valentin is a commercial gallery and some days may be slow so...Joan arden murray (talk) 17:59, 11 September 2020 (UTC)

Liste oiseaux musée instruction publique 1890

Concernant File:Liste oiseaux musée instruction publique 1890.jpg. Merci d'avoir téléchargé ce document, mais s.v.p. soyez plus précise dans la description et le choix des catégories :-)

Le texte "Liste des oiseaux du Musée provincial de l'instruction publique ajoutés au Musée en 1890" ne permet pas de savoir de quel musée il s'agit ! En me basant sur votre page d'utilisatrice, et sur la page w:fr:Musée provincial de l'instruction publique, je fais la supposition qu'il s'agit du w:fr:Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec, donc j'ai mis la catégorie Category:Collections of the Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec. Mais c'est peut-être faux, à vous de corriger si nécessaire.

J'ai aussi ajouté les catégories Category:1890 documents et Category:Ornithology qui semblent pertinentes. La catégorie Category:Archives est très, très générale, il ne faut pas l'utiliser pour un fichier, mais seulement pour regrouper des catégories. Bonne suite dans vos contributions sur Commons, vous trouverez les “bonnes manières“ - les bonnes catégories, peu à peu. --MHM (talk) 21:04, 26 January 2021 (UTC)
