Goodies, tips, and tricks Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities. You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads. Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

@AntiCompositeNumber Looking again at the iNaturalist page, I made an error. I don't know how I misread it as Creative Commons when it is actually Creative Commons Non-Commercial. MtBotany (talk) 20:45, 12 August 2023 (UTC)

Don't worry, it happens. iNaturalist's interface can make it easy to confuse licenses. If you upload unedited images from iNaturalist, they will be automatically checked by iNaturalistReviewBot, but I and others have to manually review images that have been cropped/retouched. iNaturalistReview

Hi MtBotany, Thank you for the many uploads from iNaturalist. It would be nice if you added {{INaturalistReview}} to uploads, then a reviewbot reviews its license (which only succeeds if the image is in original format, not cropped). Thank you! --Lymantria (talk) 08:29, 27 March 2024 (UTC)

@Lymantria Not sure if I placed the template correctly. I read over the page a second time and it was not clear if there was any particular place that it should be placed. I used it in the "Other Information" field of the upload wizard. Waiting to see if it works correctly there or if I should have put it somewhere else. MtBotany (talk) 01:53, 28 March 2024 (UTC)
