Wie kommst du darauf? Das war ein Screenshot der japanischen (Puckman Japan Set1 Probably Bootleg) Version von Pac-Man, unter dem selben Namen wie sie auch Mame listet, die ist so niemals veröffentlicht worden, sie existiert offiziel garnicht, das kann niemals eine Urv sein! Wenn du der Meinung bist, dann stell einen normalen Löschantrag. Mr.Do! 21:24, 12 May 2005 (UTC)

Ob sie "offiziell" existiert ist egal - jemand hat das Programm und die Grafiken irgendwann gemacht, und der hat das Copyright dafür. Wenn er's nicht unter eine Freie lizenz stellt ist es eine URV. -- Duesentrieb 15:37, 16 May 2005 (UTC)

Fair Use

The commons is a media collection/databse, it can not claim fair use of images. Fair use is bound to the use of an image in a specific context/article. Also, the laws about fair use are quite different in different countries, it would then be very hard to tell which images on the commons can be used by which project.
