Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Stop mixing the type of picture with the event. Pictures from a given event may be in black and white... or not. There's no reason to include an event under a black and white category just because available pictures at the moment are in black and white. Hope it's clearer now. hi! when moving categories, PLEASE check the age! if a category is older than a few days and had files associated to it, we HAVE to redirect. Just out of curiosity. I've noticed you removed the category:Motorcycle helmets from the picture. But, isn't the picture showing motorcycle helmets? What have I missed? Thanks --Discasto _talk 08:42, 27 March 2019 (UTC)

Yes @Discasto: you are right. What I was doing is removing all the images that are not specifically "helmets". I mean, those images that are simply images of motorcycle racing or something (otherwise, thousands of images of Grand Prix racing, among others, should be in this category, intended for helmets). No problem. I thought it was the rationale (in File:Madrid apuesta por la movilidad eléctrica compartida (05).jpg I simply added Category:People with motorcycle helmets), but I was hesitant about this one. Category:1999 in enduro racing and similar

Hi Montesita, about what i wrote in topic, what do you think to rename all the categories involving the off-road motorcycle racing type: "Enduro" as "Enduro racing" as you've done properly with the category by year? I have a question about that file, you categorized a supersport race pic into a superbike race.. i'm not so expert in motorcycle racing but i know they are two separate categories.. I think "Supersport races in Netherland" should be placed as a mother category of a SUpersport race ("2009 Supersport of Assen" or similar). Merging with superbike category i don't know if it could be a good idea. About the "HondaXXX riders affair"i don't have such an opinion in fact..--Lou6977 (talk) 17:42, 16 May 2019 (UTC)

Hi @Lou6977: Thanks for your statement, at least you are quite more constructive than other users. About Supersport under Superbike categories, I did it this way because Supersport runs as a support class to Superbike championships, which are similarly based on large production-based sports motorcycles (see Supersport_World_Championship and British_Supersport_Championship). Anyway, it does not matter anymore. Feel fre to change whatever you consider, I am out. Regards.--Montesita (talk) 18:45, 16 May 2019 (UTC)
