Hallo, Molgreen, die Beschreibung und die Wikidata-Zuordnung für File:20230524 xl 2020 Platz der Einheit-Nord.jpg passt meiner Meinung nach nicht. Du hast das Bild zwar von der Haltestelle Platz der Einheit/Nord aus aufgenommen, aber man sieht sie überhaupt nicht. Deshalb habe ich das Bild auch nicht in die Kategorie für die Potsdamer Straßenbahnhaltestellen einsortiert und will die Beschreibung auch noch ändern (kannst du natürlich auch selber ändern). Indirekt hilfreich ist Deine Beschreibung trotzdem, weil mir bisher gar nicht klar war, dass es für die Haltestellen (nach kurzer Suche anscheinend für alle) eigene Wikidata-Objekte gibt. Leider scheint es von dieser Haltestelle, die eigentlich nur für Einsetz- und Aussetzfahrten benutzt wird, bisher nur ein Bild zu geben und dort lag das Augenmerk auf dem Fahrzeug, die Haltestelle war sozusagen nur ein Kollateralschaden Mitnahmeeffekt: Schienenpflegefahrzeug des ViP. — Speravir – 23:18, 25 May 2023 (UTC)

Hallo Speravir, vielen Dank für Deine Aufmerksamkeit und Deine Mühe. Wenn ich unterwegs bin, lasse ich mir von der Commons App anzeigen, wo noch Bilder benötigt werden. Nach dem Hochladen hatte ich schon überlegt, ob nicht eher die Gebäude gemeint gewesen sein könnten. Auf die Haltestelle bin ich nicht gekommen. Ja, Bahnhöfe sehe ich auch als Öffentlichen Raum an. Aber es sind leider Innenaufnahmen und das deutsche Panoramarecht beschränkt sich leider auf Außenaufnahmen. Demnach sind auch öffentliche Innenräume nicht von der Panoramafreiheit abgedeckt. Gruß Lukas Beck (talk) 16:13, 11 June 2023 (UTC)

Gute Frage. Damit habe ich mich bis dato nicht beschäftigt. Gut möglich, dass sie als Nichtöffentlicher Raum gelten. Hängt vielleicht auch vom jeweiligen Land ab, bzw. von der Art, wie der Bahnhof genutzt wird. Ich denke da an den asiatischen Raum, wo man nur nach Ticketkauf den Bahnhof betreten darf. Es gab hier auf Commons eine Löschdiskussion über die Reichstagskuppel in Berlin. Damals wurden viele Bilder gelöscht, nämlich all diejenigen, welche von der Dachterrasse aufgenommen wurden, da diese als nichtöffentlich angesehen wurde. Ich bin am Ende aber auch kein Jurist. @L. Beck, danke, sollte Dir zu dem Thema mal etwas über den Weg laufen, wäre es super, wenn Du an mich denken könntest. Ich habe einige Bilder, die ich auf Bahnhöfen aufgenommen habe in meinem Archiv und die ich langfristig veröffentlichen wollen würde, wo ich aber nicht weiß, ob das zulässig ist. @Molgreen Es gab heute morgen eine Entscheidung mehrerer Administratoren zur Löschung zahlreicher Bilder von Berliner und Hamburger U-Bahnhöfe, welche nicht durch die Panoramafreiheit geschützt sind und dessen Schutzfrist von 70 Jahren noch nicht abgelaufen ist. Ich denke zum Beispiel an die vollen Kategorien wie Category:U-Bahnhof Leopoldplatz (Berlin) oder Category:U-Bahnhof_Westhafen_(Berlin) (PS: Wollte Dir gerade eine E-Mail dazu schreiben. Guten Morgen XRay, vielen Dank für Deine Mühe. Ich bin unsicher an dieser Stelle. Einen „Kollegen“ aus Potsdam ist deutlich lieber, wenn ich die Bilder als erstes in der Oberkategorie ablege. Da er sich vor Ort besser auskennt und nicht die Gefahr besteht, dass die Bilder in „falschen“ Kategorien landen, wo es dann noch aufwendiger wäre korrigierend einzugreifen. Sorry. Das mag in Potsdam ein Einzelfall sein und ist eher unüblich bei Commons. Nicht umsonst stehen bei Kategorien wie Category:Münster (Westfalen) Hinweise, dass man doch bitte passend einsortiert. Bei den Kategorien kann man sich nicht sicher sein, dass ein anderer sich die Arbeit macht. In der Beschreibung COM:CAT steht, wie man vorgehen soll. Die Fragen dort sollte man mit Kategorien beantworten können. Es ist daher sinnvoll, die Bilder immer bestmöglich einzuordnen. Oft gibt es ähnliche Bilder an denen man sich orientieren kann. Erst, wenn alle Wege ausgeschöpft sind, kann man die so genannten Oberkategorien verwenden. Allerdings habe ich in all den Jahren eigene Bilder nie in Oberkategorien eingeordnet, wenn es passende Kategorien darunter gibt. Zugegeben, das ist manchmal mühselig. --XRay 💬 05:04, 2 August 2023 (UTC)
Hallo XRay, okay einverstanden, ich werde mich bemühen. Da ich in letzter Zeit viele Uploads mit der aus meiner Sicht jetzt sehr gut gewordenen Commons App ausführe, kann ich an Kategorien nehmen, was mir vorgeschlagen wird bzw. was ich als richtig vermute. Hello Molgreen - thanks for adding your 3 photos 'Zapfen einer Tanne'! Could you add the location data for them, as you have for most of your other files, please? This makes them much more useful. Thank you MPF, for your question. In principle, I try to store the position data in the images. In this case I expressly did not want it. Only so much: the photos are taken in the municipality Pfronten-Ried in Bavaria (Germany) in a narrow forest strip. Does this help you?

Danke! Apologies for not being able to reply in German! I understand why you do not want to add the exact locations; a general location as you have given above is fine. The reason I wanted to know is to assist with species identification, and whether to add them to a subcategory (cultivated). From your email description, I think they will be cultivated. Abies are notoriously difficult to identify from the foliage on cone-bearing shoots, but from the cones, I can conclude they are either Abies alba (which is native in the general region, but also often planted) or Abies nordmanniana (commonly planted as a garden tree and for 'Weihnachtsbaum'). They are good photos of a subject that is not easy to get good photos, so I think useful to keep them. Can you get a close-up photo of the lower branch foliage of the same tree(s)? Something similar to File:Pousses de sapin-58.JPG. That will help to identify which of the two species your trees are. Many thanks! - MPF (talk) 07:18, 11 September 2023 (UTC)
Sorry I can't answer in a good English either. Thanks MPF for the feedback again. Leider kann ich keine Aufnahmen der unteren Zweige desselben Baumes erstellen: mein Urlaub ist zu Ende und ich werde voraussichtlich erst in zwei/drei Jahren wieder dort sein. Es tut mir leid.
PS 1: Auch ich gehe davon aus, dass die beiden Bäume angepflanzt (kultiviert) wurden.

Hallo, da hast du mir aber ein Ei ins Nest gelegt. ;-) Ich hab schon immer die stille Befürchtung gehabt, dass Du mal Bilder hochlädst, wo ich selber keinen Schimmer habe. Nun ist das hier der Fall. Immerhin habe ich herausgefunden, was es mit der Mess- und Regelanlage Nesselgrund auf sich hat, weil diese Anlage in Fachkreisen anscheinend für Aufsehen sorgt und bei einer Suche nach “Potsdam Nesselgrund” derzeit als erstes auftaucht. Ich hatte das Foto mit dem umzäunten Wasserauffangbecken den Potsdamer Stadtwerken zugeordnet, bin mir aber gar nicht mehr so sicher, weil das wohl sogar zu der Anlage gehört. In Fällen wie diesen wäre vielleicht ein zusätzliches Bild der Beschilderung sehr gut. Das müsstest du gar nicht unbedingt mit hochladen, würde aber helfen, mehr Information in die Beschreibung mit unterzubringen. Oder Du kategorisierst zumindest nicht potsdambezogene Anteile selbst, dann kann man ja immer weitersehen.

Ich war aber übrigens auch überrascht, dass es dich als Nicht-Potsdamer ausgerechnet dahin verschlagen hat. Schade, dass Du keine Bilder von der Eisenbahn gemacht hast, vom ehemaligen Haltepunkt und der Strecke, wobei ich nicht weiß, wie aufwendig das geworden wäre (das [verfallene?] Stellwerksgabäude ist aber nicht sehr weit weg von der Stelle, wo Du fotografiert hast), die Nesselgrundbrücke selbst wäre wohl nur nach einem kleinen abenteuerlichen Abstieg zu fotografieren gewesen (zum Hintergrund suche mal nach „Nesselgrund Berliner Außenring“, eventuell noch „Haltepunkt“ oder „Bahnhof“ dazu; da gibt es Bilder, aber keine, die man nach Commons transferieren darf, so weit ich sehe). Nee, lass uns mal ruhig so weiter machen. Ich würde ja sonst von Deinen normalerweise tollen Bildern gar nichts mehr bemerken (ich kann unmöglich jede nur erdenkliche Kategorie in die Beo-Liste aufnehmen) … Ich müsste dir nur Bescheid geben oder nochmal bei dir nachfragen, wenn ich selber ratlos bin. Allerdings war meine Bemerkung in Bezug auf nicht-potsdam-bezogene Themen schon Ernst gemeint. Dass die Reglerstation und das Auffangbecken so weit auseinanderliegen, war mir gar nicht aufgefallen, aber die Geodaten zeigen es ja an. Ich lass die Kategorisierung erst mal so. Ansonsten: Ja, dieses bei OSM als „ehemaliger HP Nesselgrund“ markierte Objekt meinte ich, das war wohl das Stellwerk und mir bis vorgestern völlig unbekannt. — Speravir – 23:26, 21 December 2023 (UTC)

Verbindung OSM und Wikiversum

Hallo Molgreen, da du auch auf OSM aktiv bist, erlaube ich mir dir einen technischen Hinweis zu geben. Die Verlinkung von OSM und Wikidata erfolgt asymmetrisch von OSM aus. Siehe https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/14924066/history. Nach etwa einem Tag sind die Daten dann auch auf Wikidata verfügbar und die Shapes werden in der {{Wikidata Infobox}} angezeigt. Zur Beschreibung siehe d:Help:Description, ich habe mir erlaubt, deine Beschreibung entsprechend einzukürzen. Irgendwelche magic numbers haben dort nur was zu suchen, wenn die Eindeutigkeit aus Label und Description gar nicht anders hergestellt werden kann, also in der Regel gar nicht. Bots v.a. tendieren dazu, Eindeutigkeit durch Hinzufügen von irgendwelchen IDs zu garantieren, aber das ist kein Vorgehen bei manueller Erstellung. lg --Herzi Pinki (talk) 08:51, 19 January 2024 (UTC)

Straßenbahn Lichtbogen

Du könntest die Videos noch auf 1080x1440 croppen. Der Videoplayer von Wikipedia zeigt immer Querformat und mit dem Crop würde das Video in allen Transcodes größer (also breiter) dargestellt werden. Idealerweise natürlich 1080x608. das wäre dann 16:9, aber dann wäre es zusätzlich noch nötig den Crop zu schwenken, damit die Straßenbahn die ganze Zeit im Bild bleibt und nicht nach oben oder unten verschwindet. @C.Suthorn, danke für Dein Engagement in dieser Sache. Wenn ich ehrlich bin, habe ich so etwas noch nie gemacht . . . Hinzu kommt, dass ich nicht sicher bin, ob ich nicht doch noch einen Löschantrag stelle. (Hintergrund: Auch wenn es wahrscheinlich nicht erforderlich ist: ich habe beim Eigentümer angefragt, ob er Vorbehalte gegen eine dauerhafte Veröffentlichung dieser Videos hat. Archivierung Deiner Diskussionen

Hallo, zu Deiner Frage: „Gerade eben habe ich es auch hier mal probiert. Aber ich muss wohl mindestens eine Nacht warten?“ Ja. Allerdings hattest Du doch schon eine funktionierende Konfiguration, Du könntest die beiden Vorlageneinbindungen mit den bevorzugten Einstellungen zusammenfassen. In der alten Einstellung stand beispielsweise, dass Abschnitte erst 60 Tage nach dem letzten Beitrag archiviert werden sollen, im nun aktiven Zustand geschieht das schon nach einem Tag, wenn der ArchiverBot nicht eine andere, dann aber undokumentierte Voreinstellung hat. Auch hattest Du bisher keine jährliche Archivierung, sondern einfach eine Hochzählung.
Aber: Wenn du auch {{Section resolved}} nutzen willst wie hier, kannst du die bisherige Archivierung durch den ArchiverBot nicht nutzen, zumindest nicht allein, denn der ignoriert diese Vorlage. Darauf reagiert allein der SpBot, und für den müsstest Du zusätzlich {{Autoarchive resolved section}} nutzen. Der Witz ist, dass Du dann den ArchiverBot in manchen Einstellungen eigentlich gar nicht mehr benötigst, wenn Du bei letzterem den Parameter timeout setzt. Der ArchiverBot ist besser, wenn man keine zeitbasierten Archive anlegt, denn dann kannst Du eine Maximalgröße vorgeben und er zählt allein hoch und legt die neuen Archive selbst an. Das kannst du bei dir selbst überprüfen: Archivierung vom 7. Mai 2023 (nur zum Vergleich), direkt folgende Bearbeitung: Archivierung vom 8. Mai 2023 (Counter erhöht, der auch im Archivpfad enthalten ist) und Archiv 2 angelegt. Wenn Du beide Bots nutzt, musst du dann aber leider für den SpBot den Archivpfad manuell anpassen. — Speravir – 23:22, 26 February 2024 (UTC)

Bleibt noch das Problem, wenn man es als solches ansehen will, mit {{Section resolved}}. Du kannst es gern weiter benutzen, aber der Abschnitt wird erst nach 60 Tagen archiviert werden wie alle anderen und die Vorlage bleibt dann auch so drin. Die Einbindung zeigt natürlich unmissverständlich, dass du (oder jemand anderes) den Abschnitt für ausdiskutiert hältst, aber eventuell würde dann die Vorlage {{Done}} ausreichen, zumal die kürzer und viel einfacher einzutippen ist. Du hast sie in der Vergangenheit selbst schon benutzt und zwar in der noch kürzeren Variante {{d}} (eigentlich eine Weiterleitung): 1, 2. Oder du fügst die Archivierungsvorlage für den SpBot hinzu, wie oben ausgeführt, samt der ebenfalls schon genannten Schwierigkeit, dass Du den Archivierungspfad irgendwann von Hand anpassen musst. — Speravir – 21:01, 27 February 2024 (UTC)

@Speravir Na warten wir ab. Ich denke er ist sehr gut beschäftigt. Wenn er sich nach ein paar Tagen nicht gemeldet hat, könntest Du es ja vielleicht umsetzen, wie Du denkst, dass es richtig ist, und die Detailanpassungen (Parameter) könnten ja noch später erfolgen.
