You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Did you also observe that my "vandalism" was to uphold the Commons policy and had an edit summary Deleted. This is a policy page. This fiction was inserted without prior consensus, Littered with POV errors based on a Social Ombudsman website ? Mohsinpathania (talk) 06:09, 7 March 2016 (UTC)

Unblock request declined This blocked user asked to be unblocked, but one or more administrators has reviewed and declined this request. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked. Other administrators can also review this block, but should not override the decision without discussion. Request reason: "The block is inappropriate. The impugned edit done by me was with intention to improve this Project and was accompanied by a detailed edit summary. I perceived the content I deleted as excessive, incorrect and misleading. When it was reverted by another user (without an edit summary or other rational) I promptly requested that user for a rationale / reason, and I have always attempted to communicate with all concerned users and sought to understand their actions, and I have never edit warred or wheel warred or been otherwise disruptive. Lastly, blocks are punitive, not preventive, and I rather suspect I was blocked as a punishment for questioning certain site admins about the Monkey selfie which I recently nominated for deletion, and I protest this is not the way to treat new editors or to retain them. If I am to be punished for questioning website admins on their talk pages then so say directly and block me for that reason. I was also uncivilly insulted / personally attacked on this wiki by a site admin who called me an "apprentice lawyer" after removing /vandalising my edits which were referenced by me to a landmark Supreme Court of India judgment directly on the same policy page I am accused of vandalising."
