You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Hallo Miro. Ich habe diese Bearbeitung zurückgesetzt, weil dadurch die aktuellen Löschprüfungen komplett mit einer alten Version überschrieben wurden. Die erste Anfrage auf Wiederherstellung dieses Bildes wurde von Jeff G. abgelehnt und anschließend archiviert. Archivierte Diskussionen auf Commons und Wikipedia gelten als abgeschlossen und dürfen nicht wieder aus dem Archiv hervorgeholt werden. Für alle weiteren Bemerkungen oder neue Anfragen zu dem Thema muss man einen neuen Thread beginnen.

Das weitere Vorgehen können wir aber auch hier besprechen. Für alle Werke, die bereits vor dem Hochladen auf Commons ohne erkennbare freie Lizenz veröffentlicht wurden, brauchen wir eine Bestätigung des Urhebers per Email. Wir haben keine andere Möglichkeit, die Echtheit unserer Wikimedia-Benutzerkonten zu prüfen, daher können wir Freigaben auf den Diskussionsseiten hier leider nicht akzeptieren. Eine Anleitung zur Bestätigung der freien Lizenz per Email gibt es auf COM:OTRS/de. Der Text dort bezieht sich zwar auf Bestätigung von fremden Werken, aber das Prinzip gilt genauso für Arbeiten, die vom Commons-Benutzer selbst angefertigt wurden.

Die Prüfung einer solchen Email kann allerdings derzeit länger als 100 Tage dauern, weil wir hier nur mit Freiwilligen arbeiten, und das Email-Team sowieso schon völlig überlastet ist. De728631 (talk) 09:41, 25 July 2018 (UTC)

Concerning your question: according to Wikimedia Commons rules, the {{Own}} template applies only to works that were never published before upload to Wikimedia Commons. If something was published already, it is up to uploader to prove that the initial publication was under a free, Commons-compatible license or ensure that the real author / copyright owner has sent a written permission to OTRS.

I assume, the poster was published. Is there a CC-license mark on it? Ankry (talk) 09:48, 25 July 2018 (UTC)
