Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Come può capire, appurato che lei è una persona professionale, sapevo che il problema sarebbe stato risolvibile se proposto. O che avremmo professionalmente trovato un accordo se per qualche motivo non lo fosse stato, quindi con 12000 file chiaramente non l'ho messa come priorità (non posso impelagarmi in queste procedure specifiche sui file quando ne ho migliaia da smaltire).

Fra l'altro, siccome mi sono già preparato al peggio, un piano ce l'ho già. In caso di vincitore avrei suggerito di mettere i due file-filmati ex aequo (non credo che avere una o due posizioni in classifica cambi tantissimo). In questo modo se almeno uno avesse avuto un problema (tipo il copyright esatto della musica che infatti a un altro utente ho fatto rimuovere preventivamente) ne sarebbe rimasto l'altro. E inoltre avremmo usato comunque il file per la mostra (che ci stava, come ho scritto, quindi l'avrei usato) e in caso di cancellazione lo avremmo mostrato e usato proprio come esempio di copyright e di violazione e di regole specifiche ignote ai più. Quindi come vede, si fa il possibile. la mail da spedire alla giuria in merito è già abbozzata, aspetto solo che finiscano di valutare tre categorie su cinque prima di passare a quella dei video e a quella dei set di immagini che come ho già scritto loro, sono due mail di discussione a parte. E una delle mail rigurardo quanto ho scritto qua sopra... Forza e coraggio...--Alexmar983 (talk) 02:31, 16 January 2018 (UTC)

Ci tengo poi a precisare che controllavo il file ogni 4-6 giorni anche per questo, ma ieri mentre stavo riorganizzando la categoria italiana per un'ultima "tirata a lucido" togliendo i file peggiori non c'ero ancora finito sopra.

La prego, metta la mail nel profilo o mi dica a quale mail devo contattarla, dall Cina ho trovato quella dell'unife ma non so se è datata. Avevo anche un'altra cosa da chiarire con lei prima della cerimonia di premiazione, riguarda i suoi profili utente bibliometrici (voglio fare un lavoro di standardizzazione spero per lei utile, che più avanti le spiego).--Alexmar983 (talk) 02:51, 16 January 2018 (UTC)

In commons:OTRS trova l'indirizzo permissions-commons@wikimedia.org e il modello di mail. Le consiglio di iniziare a prepararla. Consiglio sempre di mandarla da un'indirizzo lavorativo e in alcuni casi, per vincere ogni diffidenza, anche di mettere una copia di documento. Non ho idea di quanto impieghino a porcessare la mail, prima si fa e meglio è. Certo non costa molto chiedere prima di partire con una cancellazione soprattutto quando dal nome utente e dalla descrizione si inutuisce che non si è di fronte a chi ha caricato una casa a casaccio dalla rete, ma amen.--Alexmar983 (talk) 09:29, 16 January 2018 (UTC)

Gentile Alexmar983, ho inviato la mail a permissions-commons@wikimedia.org secondo il modello in commons:OTRS, allegando scansione del passaporto e copia del certificato di acquisto del brano musicale utilizzato nel File:The dance of the ciliated cells - Matteo Gelardi.webm. Pensavo fosse CC, invece non ricordavo di avere acquistato la licenza individuale per l'utilizzo del brano dalla piattaforma Jamendo un paio di anni fa. Per la questione dei profili utente bibliometrici può scrivermi alla mail associata a questo account wiki "gelardim @ inwind . it". It is now completed in Russia (active in May), Ukraine and France (active during November), but it's still open in all the other countries.

If you want to take part where WSC2019 is still open, please consult this page. Only some national categories are associated to competitions with local prizes.

If you are an expert user, please consider that images uploaded within the deadline can be included in any case in their national category even if not uploaded with the main interface.

Please keep in mind that there is a new category this year, i.e. "nature and wildlife".

If you already took part in a country that has completed its upload phase, please consider improving the description in English of your files (click on the edit button), since such description is what the international jury will use to evaluate them. World finalists will be finalized after March 2020.
