Feel free to use it. Don't forget to attribute the author and share it under CC license (with a link to the license). It wasn't used as a result/figure in any paper (though it was used in some journals at the same basis as you want to use it - cos someone found it on Commons).
Green comes from FusMid-GFP under GAL1 promoter described in: Proszynski, T. J., Simons, K. & Bagnat, M. (2004) Mol. Biol. Cell. 15 , 1533–1543. PMID 14742720.
Red from Gap1K9K16-GFP under GAL1 promoter produced in Kai Simons' (MPI-CBG) (internal reference p88 or TPQ88) based on Gap1K9K16 from Bruno André (ULB).
Microscopy was performed by using an Olympus BX61 microscope (btw. with exactly this one), and Olympus PlanApo ×60/1.10 oil LSM objective, RT Slider SPOT camera (Diagnostic Instruments), and metamorph software after inducing plasmid with galactose. The exact strategy of preparing cells, inducing etc. is the same as in this paper and the standard WT BY4741 yeast were utilized. Only different plasmids were used.
I hope it helps :)
And may I ask where do you want to use it? Masur (talk) 20:09, 7 May 2019 (UTC)
